Having two separate avatars would be the smartest thing to do. The amount of times I saw nsfw avatars desync in public lobbies. People running around with their titties or genitals flapping around and them not knowing, its so fucking funny.
I'm not sure what you mean by "index's own launcher".
I went back to see if there was any reference to it in the past, but I can't find it.
I might be wrong as I don't have VR myself, but I think there is a separate program called SteamVR or Virtual Desktop or something like that. You would open that program first, and then open Heat from inside that program.
I don't know much more beyond that, sorry.

SteamVR is installed via steam and is a framework tied to steam that is commonly used to launch VR games on PC.
Virtual Desktop is an app on Oculus/Meta Quest 2/3 that allows you to connect wirelessly to your PC over wifi, and you can still be using that but still end up launching SteamVR when launching the VR game because all Virtual Desktop is doing is connecting your headset to your PC really.

path to the game's folder (e.g. D:\games\heat) should have only english letters/numbers. otherwise game struggles to find it's own files and things like this happen

Can't provide precracked version today, MEGA says I can't transfer anything. And that CRC-hash error made me nervous.
theres a workaround for that luckily, just look up "how to download blocked mediafire files"
worked for me hahaha
I am sorry if this has been asked often and if I missed it, but is there a "manual" how to crack it myself? It seems this is just a thing of deleting or changing some values, right?

open heat folder > Heat_Data > Managed > open HeatSDK.Core.dll with dnSpy or something similar
you can just type "authenticated" in the center search box, double click the result, and right click to edit the authenticated bool from false to true. that is the simple way.
if you want to manually look for it, expand these:
then scroll down until you find Options and either click on it or expand it to find the authenticated bool. right click and click edit, change false to true and compile.

Performance has improved slightly but if vore isn't your thing, then I'd advise you to just keep playing the pre-vore updates. Even as someone who likes the stuff, it seems real half-hearted and poorly implemented and the latest update has done nothing to remedy that, they've basically just added differing colors and normal maps to the insides. I'd advise against switching until an actual update with something of substance (and quality) comes out.
