There is a variable called authenticated that I change from false to true.
Ah, spotted that one too but figured there must be more behind it since the var would be changed during authentication, guess not LMAO. Thanks tho!

Uhh, not sure. I just downloaded precracked version unzipped it and launched. That's it
First start SteamVR, wait at least 10 sec, and then start the game. It works perfectly fine on my OC2
I use a program called dnspy. It is really simple if you already have any programming experience.

Is there any way to disable or reduce sensitive on the touchpads on vive (1.0) controllers? every time I accidently touch them my character spins around or moves across the room
You can try going into the SteamVR Controller Settings & tweaking them in there. I'm not sure if there is sensitivity options, but you can probably change the left & right trackpad turning inputs to be press instead of touch, so you need a full click to turn.
