Okay, so after having played through it now, some thoughts.
First of all, I have fate in the author that this is going to be another banger, just like Bare Witness, no doubt. That being said, I felt it started slightly "slower", don't know a way that would express it better, than BW.
I am personaly not a huge fan of the whole "one man to get them all" style of story, this feels like that. But this is personal taste, not a big deal so long as the story is good and makes up the rest.
Renders are very good, looking very nice even when running on 4K screen. Something that I am seeing as an achivement. And on that note, the characters are nice as well. Good to see more variety, thogh it also fits the story being told.

So far, I give it a pass. Am looking forward to seeing how it will play out in the long run. Will buy on steam when cashflow is a thing.

I really wanted to like this first chapter, but unfortunately the premise is so unbelievably ridiculous that it completely ruins your immersion. You go to a strip club three times in three weeks, and the girls are already swooning over you, giving out their names, giving lap dances for free, sitting with you rather than doing their job, divulging personal details about their lives, inviting you out to dinner, and willing to go on dates with you. And on top of this the MC is both dying of cancer as well as superhuman, with irresitable charms, rugged good looks, and incredible fighting skills. What a joke.

The whole thing is so absurd that you can't invest yourself in the game at all. Because all you are thinking about is how the characters are completely unrealistic and the plot so outlandish that you can't relate to it for one second. But then I guess I am simply not the target audience, and that the game strives to appeal to those that want a harem and live out a fantasy where they are the epitome of peak human performance, unable to do no wrong and get everything they want by snapping their fingers. For them, this will be a masterpiece. For the rest of us, not so much.

Were you paying attention to anything that was going on? Of all the LIs that showed up only 3 out of like 8 were "swooning": The MC happens to be Pixie's type, so that's not really that crazy (also she sees the MC's centurion card so you could also argue she doubled down after seeing he's rich). Nova explicitly tells you that she's looking for a way out as she's getting old, so her exploring options to settle down with someone wealthy and matches her vibe is a good reason for her to be flirty. We don't know much about Sky but that's the 3rd one. Now on the flip side we have the people like Sapphire and Ruby who didn't interact with the MC a single time, Fawn who clearly has ulterior motives for approaching him and not at all "swooning", Nami who outright said she wouldn't give the MC her real name if she had a choice and the Doctor at the end was just doing her job. Aurora, I'm on the fence about but she looked like she was more interested in being involved with the others than the MC perse.

As for the rest of your criticisms: the girls literally leave your side constantly to go pole dance, the mc does pay for his private dance, and not a single girl went out on a date with him this episode. also I don't know if you know much about cancer but the reason cancer is so dangerous is because it's a silent killer: most people live their lives nomally up until late stage cancer where it becomes debilitating and hard to treat so yes, a person can have cancer and still have all those traits you listed. What you consider to be the stereotypical cancer patient are those that undergo treatment that have severe side effects which the mc refuses.

To add to this, consider the type of guy that the dancers likely have to interact with the vast majority of the time at work. I'm sure they're constantly dealing with immature, drunk assholes that don't respect their boundaries or are outright demeaning. Or if not that, guys that are frankly just boring. So a successful, attractive, and charismatic guy that seems to respect them and when needed stands up for them must feel like a breath of fresh air. I suspect much like MC, many are probably lonely and looking for connection. It really shouldn't be that surprising that several prefer to spend their time with MC, especially on slow nights when they likely won't make much anyways putting up with less pleasant company.

Aurora is an odd one for me while we barley interacted with her at all. She gave me the impression she was a bit nervous or shy yet she is working at a Strip Club at least when it came to interacting with the MC. On top of that I got a gut feeling she is gonna be a keeper character wise I think she is gonna be as good as Sky / Nikki.

Checked only first 3 nights, but it is really nice one - something that I would picture if I had to imagine what a Visual Novel is.
If it doesn't receive the usual transition to shitsandbox/alien invasion/orgy festival it might become on of the best titles in this website. Reminds me little of The Long Road or whatever the biker one is called.

Well The writing is really good but as you said the situation is weird, i'm an old guy and i have visited strip clubs quite a lot when i was younger.
Those strippers look more like college girls than real strippers, they also behave the same way. And well This must be a strip club in a very conservative location. They just dance in their underwares and seing some tits seem like a great achievement.
Where i live there is a bar where girls dance on the bar right in front of you and and sometimes you have their butthole touching your nose!! There was even a funny girl who used to pick up your beer bottle with her snatch !
So well this can be a good story, a bit weird and out of touch given the situation.
And i also hate the fact that the player is here to "save the world", it's a bit too much to really believe what you see.
It's a shame because it could be a really good VN if the characters where realistic, it's not a funny story, more a drama and having that kind of superhuman MC destroys it mostly.

Another problem is that you have almost no choice and when there is one it has no consequences. So just make it a kinetic novel and done!! Most of the time the VN with choices end up badly because of this multiples choices that create a mess and make the story much weaker. So when you want to write a good story make it kinetic.

Darlene is the older lady who works front of house, taking your entry fee to the club.
