I wouldn't be mad if Nikki or Aurora got a bit unprofessional I wouldn't tell anyone. They wouldn't get in trouble unless it's like those damn strip clubs in GTA where they have a bouncer patrolling the vip rooms and you have to make sure not to touch when they get nearby.
Or video cameras watching. Recording every move the perverts make. Although that could come in handy as a blackmail tool.

lmfao I forgot about video camera my mind took me to all the times I went to a titty bar on GTA and how many times the bouncers caught me touching and then I started blasting and ended up with a 6 star wanted level by the end of it lmfao.

( I made sure I was playing as Trevor cause he was the real crazy one) :)

Really strong start, quite liked it. Pretty girls and lots of different flavors of them. Story's interesting without being too out there. Looking forward to more of this.

It was kinda being built up to. Hopefully, things will change during the rest of the game.. or maybe not and it'll still be interesting to see a VN tackle that.

I didn't mind it as I saw it coming after the 1st Thursday + all his talks with Charlie made it real obvious to me. I kind of liked it because 1 of the girls found out his secret but im a sucker for reveals too. But the idea he is dying im still unsure how I feel about just yet. I do want the option for a happy ending but I kind of want the option for a bad ending too.

Trust me you don't want the dev to try and model actual martial arts stuff. The posing in AVNs always ends up about as realistic looking as a 5 year old playing kung fu with their action figures. Better to just apply fist to face and move on.
couple stills with BJJ submissions are not that hard, other less experienced devs can pull that off, don't need to animate them. But what the fuck do I know, the simple fistfight scenes in this one weren't looking that good already, they were posed pretty bad in my opinion.

In my experience they're almost always bad, even in games where the main story revolves around actual fighting. Frankly I couldn't care less about those parts and skip through them. I don't find them interesting, so I don't care if the dev poorly renders fisticuffs or capoeira, it's all equally "meh" to me. If i wanted to play a game with fighting in it, I'd go play one of the 300+ games in my steam library

this could be possible if the mc weren't a doctor, the fact that he is would make that pretty weird.
He wouldn't be the one making the diagnosis. Why would the patient's occupation make a doctor less likely to make a misdiagnosis, unless it were something related to that occupation? Even if they look at it harder and double check more times than normal because he's a colleague, for instance, it won't necessarily prevent it. There are a whole lot of factors that can go into a misdiagnosis, and not all of them human-error related as well.

I'd hope most doctors, of whatever kind, would get second opinions and attempt to rule out any potential false positives. This situation sounded like he'd been dealing with it for awhile, and had talked to multiple experts. That's a lot harder to have a misdiagnosis with.

Because a doctor probably knows the possibility of both those things and therefore would probably get multiple opinions (that's if he's not an expert in the relevant field).

It's nothing to do with the game now, but getting second (or third) opinions doesn't automatically rule out a misdiagnosis. Especially if it's not through human error. Maybe a tumor doesn't show on scans, maybe something else hides a tell, maybe something is in a place not normally seen and so isn't picked up (okay, that would start to move into human error perhaps). Depending on situation and location, a second opinion will often mean a second doctor looking at the same information, it won't necessarily mean a fresh set of scans or biopsies taken or whatever, so it could be possible that it doesn't matter how many doctors look at it.

If it's something rare, it can be even harder for a correct diagnosis to be formed. It could be that none of the doctors in a given hospital have ever seen something and can't diagnose it, or things look a bit odd and they just can't be sure, and they have to send scans to a specialist in another hospital or university or something (I see this probably on a monthly basis with the cases my wife deals with in a hospital lab - everyone is a bit different, and you might be surprised how often something unusual comes up in a scan or biopsy).

Back to the actual game relevance though, MC said he had maybe a couple of years, I think? I would be surprised if the game covers that sort of time period (though it's possible), and so one likely ending might be that he's still alive but not cured, and he just carries on at peace with everything, and with his new friends and lovers - kind of a "riding off into the sunset" type end.

Yeah I'm not betting on a misdiagnosis. But instead maybe there are treatments that have a small very painful and demanding small chance of working. And then through the power of love and strippers, MC decides to give them a chance.

I could also see him as having traumatic experiences in the past regarding cancer. Perhaps he saw a loved one go through painful chemo and still perished... all speculation of course.

So, I guess I'm the only one here being disappointed by the fact that both Nikki and Patricia, probably most of the other strippers too, are not in their early/mid-20s instead of being almost past their prime, huh ?? Meh, if the devs' change their mind and Darlene suddenly becomes an LI too, that becomes less of an issue and more of a nitpick of mine anyway.:sneaky:

he didn't pull any moves from those martial arts though (BJJ and karate), he just punched the shit out of them :ROFLMAO:
He didn't even have to tho. Looking at those 4 idiots, one fart from the MC would've blown them all away, in the literal sense of it, the second one, would've sent them straight to the hospital, especially the fool who started all that pathetic charade cuz of some 'skanky pussy' he allegedly didn't even want (LOOOL) and had to ask his lil girl friends for help when he couldn't deal with the MC on his own.

Typical 'tough' guy behavior:FacePalm:... an idiot starts a fight, and at least three of his homies jump to his defense, instead of letting him deal with the shit he himself started like a real man would've. The only minor complaint I have about that scene is that, even tho you have the option to go all Thanos on those idiots, the MC inevitably ends up in the hospital cuz of a lame sneak attack or sucker punch from one of them.

From what we've seen there so far, this might make it seem anticlimactic asf for some players, but on the other hand, I'm sure there's a good reason for an outcome like that, maybe something that'll be connected to a mysterious sudden healing for the MC, who knows ??

Sure hope this is the case, cuz I personally think the MC should survive his delicate condition and end up happy with his harem of baddies in at least one ending so he can learn to appreciate all the time that's given to him to live his best life and become the best possible version of himself... or something sweet and wholesome like that... dunno, it's up to the devs to make the final decision on this topic.(y)

The game will have the last laugh when this generic "medicine" is such a cure all that it cures his brain tumor.
Never say never. If the argument with the 'plot' gets too old or overused, the underrated medicine working wonders is the next best thing to use as an excuse for a miraculous healing... and if this doesn't work or isn't appreciated by the fans either, some good pussy, the female equivalent of MC's usually magical dick, with a good dick riding game, will definitely end the debate, for me personally at least.

You're wrong actually, most of the strippers are in their 20s, Pat and Nikki are the exception if anything:

Dude... we play a porn game from the point of view of the MC himself and his story, why do you need to get into what strippers or dancers do or could do before, if the story has just begun?
You don't have to look for a reason everywhere, although.... why am I explaining this?
True. All those hypotheticals are nothing more than simple speculation based on what could happen IRL, where you don't see what they up to in there, but in our fictional case, it wouldn't make any sense for the devs to do this much of a drastic 180 from their previous game so many ppl loved and supported them for.

You're wrong actually, most of the strippers are in their 20s, Pat and Nikki are the exception if anything:
My bad then. I know strippers get in this line of work pretty early, usually in their 20s, cuz of various more or less valid reasons. Glad to hear that's the case in our story too, and yeah, I love both Nikki and Patricia, not just the younglings.

Almost everything you're mentioning would apply more to a lack of a diagnosis, or missing one, not a misdiagnosis of seeing a tumour and determining it is malignant. And for someone with the MCs wealth, we can assume he would get fresh data for at least some of his additional consultations. So yes, new scans, biopsies, etc. And of course it is possible error creeped in at some point, but for the MCs particular situation, it is highly improbable. Like, the ER doc reached the same conclusion as the specialists, likely with much less accurate testing/imaging. A false positive for something like this, over this timespan, stretches credulity to breaking.
