Almost everything you're mentioning would apply more to a lack of a diagnosis, or missing one, not a misdiagnosis of seeing a tumour and determining it is malignant. And for someone with the MCs wealth, we can assume he would get fresh data for at least some of his additional consultations. So yes, new scans, biopsies, etc. And of course it is possible error creeped in at some point, but for the MCs particular situation, it is highly improbable. Like, the ER doc reached the same conclusion as the specialists, likely with much less accurate testing/imaging. A false positive for something like this, over this timespan, stretches credulity to breaking.
Not really. I'm just pointing out that it's not a cut and dry thing. And I'm certainly not pointing towards a false positive - for what it's worth, do not think any form of issue with the diagnosis will come into play with the game, I was just responding to the earlier comments suggesting such a thing was not really possible in these circumstances. It absolutely is.

It's my fault. I was just pointing out some of the boring and very simple ways they could stop the MC from dying in the story. :)

They're not supposed to be doing anything in the private rooms except a lap dance with clothes on. Nikki stays professional, but looks like Patricia might have trouble sticking to the rules, if she'll remove her top for the very first lap dance.
1. There are the "rules" and then there is what is known/accepted at stripclubs. Pretty much every club knows that more than just the stated services go on in the private rooms. But it's usually up to the discretion of the women how far they're willing to go. Some of the seedier places have pimps that just straight up operate out of stripclubs. But it's not every girl. In the more "respectable" places (like the one presented in this game), it's mostly just left up to the women to decide if they're going to let extra perks happen or not. Some openly offer it to you upfront, others will politely decline when asked. I know because I've literally had both options presented to me IRL when I've been to stripclubs.
2. My impression with Patricia is that the MC is something of an exception to her usual routine with clients. Seeing as she didn't charge the MC for that topless dance in the first place. You could try and claim she's being calculated to hook a long term client for more money later, but the thing is we get to see the girls talking about him when he's not there, and it's clearly established that they actually LIKE the MC. It's not just a front for work, but genuine emotions. That's the benefits of a 3rd person narrative, you get more info than the character does.
So my take was that Patricia genuinely is developing feelings for the MC, as are the other two. As evidenced by using real names, talking about their personal lives and family, like children, inviting the MC to hang out with them when they are not at work, etc.

We don't know what type of doctor. He might be a gynecologist and no nothing about brains? Maybe he's got a PhD in mathematics?
Actually about that. I'm pretty sure he does say what kind of doctor he is, as an offhanded joke to someone. I don't remember exactly who the scene is with or where, but the joke is something about wounding his hands and he says something like "I guess that will put a damper on my future as a ..." something, I think he says neurosurgeon but I don't remember. I'll have to go skim through. Anyone else remember what I'm talking about? It is said quite a bit before we find out that he actually IS a doctor, so once we did the joke popped back to mind.

He does say this. After punching the dude in the diner, he makes a joke about "will I ever play the violin again?", but of course he doesn't play the violin at all. The follow up is something along the lines of "but what about my promising career as a neurosurgeon?" They all of course treat it as a joke too.

Personally, I think he was only half joking. Later on at the hospital, Maddie refers to him as "Doctor" twice and makes the comment of it being "good to meet" him. That could mean nothing and she was just being polite, but seemed potentially intentional. So my speculation is that he is/was a neurosurgeon of some renown, which makes it just extra sucky to end up with an inoperable brain tumor.

Not really sure yet - are you sure these strippers are worthy of being LI's, they will strip to anyone who pays and some get even more if they pay. So far I think the only girl there worth a honest look is Coral - is there even any girl in the story that is worth fighting for as goulet1995 said so eliquently

I agree Im also not a fan of strippers, prostitute Li but, there isn't any of that here. The worst of it is just girls sitting on guys' laps. (no touching) If you enjoyed his first game then this one isn't bad either

It's a little known fact, but as well as being strippers, they are women too! Their occupation doesn't make them less "worthy" of being potential love interests, only a partner's insecurities and levels of trust would make them less "worthy" of it.

All is said in the overview first sentence:

*road outside of Houma, Louisiana, is a gentlemen's club: Heaven's Door*
Thus it would be hard to find young virgins waiting for classic MC dumb dumb college boy, with a giant magic dick, there...

Very great start, thank you

It does fit the "McDreamy" vibe he's been giving off. Famous neurosurgeon shows up in "small" hospital with head trauma ...

Particularly because Maddie is a neurology resident, which means she may have literally been studying his work within the last few years.

This is why I wish there was a facepalm reaction among the 'like' options.
