Does the path of the folder/exe have any special characters ("#$%&/=)? Those usually cause issues, so make sure the path doesn't contain any of those and also try to make it as short as possible.
Example: If it's in "C:/Downloads/Porn Games/F95Zone/#12/Helga Emporium", move it to Desktop or any other place where it's not buried inside other folders and remove special characters.
Also make sure the executables aren't inside folders that require Admin. Rights to run.

Okay, I moved the folder to the desktop and checked the files to see if there was any that needed admin to run and from what I found there wasn't any and still when I try to launch it just leads to a black screen.

Well, shit... I'm unsure if this engine needs anything else, it isn't RPGMaker, so it shouldn't require any additional files, but maybe, just MAYBEEEEE...

Yeah, I try installing the packages and nothing work it’s still a black screen. Oh well, thanks anyway.
The game runs on my labtop barely. But refuses to run on my computer. I just get a black screen. Anyone know if you need an RTP to run this game?
Download it last year and Got it to run on my laptop. It's a buggy game and I couldn't get the second zone
Oh right I'm a big procrastinate and have not moved to win10 so I have been adding -dx11 to make "only" win10 games to get them to run in w7, So I did to this and it at least starts.
Make a Shortcut of the exe and add -dx11 at the end of "Target field" (Helga - Euphorium's Song\nw.exe" -dx11)

I know this will fall on deafed ears but, on steam this been updated to 5.0.0 while this is the 2.0.0 version so yeah
