Apparently, as claimed in two posts above, statue enemies can be "unpetrified" for a short time by showering them with semen. And this is the animation with their "flesh" form.

Yeeep you need to find a statue that moves, jizz and then you have a small window to interact with her. Extremely easy to miss if it wasn't for the gallery in my mind.

My only gripe is that he is an inflation/vore/insect fetishist.
