Hey!
Around 1 year ago i remeber playing cartoon/anime sex game, it was incest you played as guy who got back to his home after some time, he got Mother and 2 sisters, u could do minigames in free time to boost reputation with each member after some time after everyday u could go to sleep and masturbate to chosen member of family, can u help me find the name of this game?

Summer Memories? Aside from it being your aunt and 2 cousins it fits the bill.
If its not, my advice is for you to check the Latest Updates and include the tags, game engine, and whatever tag you remember to find the game.

Unfortunetly its not this one, i dont remeber the game engine (maybe ren'py) i remeber it was point and click type of game, after u got enought reputation (hearts) with each member of family u could unlock new dialog options with them thad led to sex scenes

Unfortunetly its neither of them, i remeber that you had to collect hearts (reputation) with each member by doing minigames and after that u unlocked new dialogue options that led to sex scenes with them but you could only boost reputation with one member of family, i remeber that on a certain in game day all the characters were gathering up in living room to play family games (minigames) or smth like that

Do you remember anything else about the game? Anything like is it a harem game, do you go to school as the MC, can you rename the MC? Various little things

No the game only took place in one house, you could see the layout of the house the whole time and where every character is located, you collected hearts (reputation) with each member of the family to unlock new dialogue options which led to sex scenes, you could chose the gender of your younger sibling, you could get the reputation by doing minigames like Yoga in living room with your youngest sibling
