It's 2D western style art. The princess must convince the realm lords (inquisitor, witch, commander,etc..) to choose accept her as Queen in a grand council; she can level up various various skills (sex, intrigue, martial, etc..). It has some kind of element system associated to the answers/skills. There is calendar showing when you meet the lords and when events happen.

There was an otome-ish game recently where a princess has to gather support against the cancelor to prove herself to be a competent queen.
