There is no dedicated route for her but she is closely connected to one of the main characters where she has a significant part including H scenes.

Thanks! Do you know anything about the threesome scenes with the main heroines + the guards? I've played through both Chisato's and Taeka's routes, and done a Taeka extra (not sure if there's more but I unlocked one after beating her route), and I've seen videos online of more scenes involving the two; maybe they're found in the Grand Route?

Just quick review without any significant spoilers/very little plot information for people going into this thread and wanting to know what kind of game this is. I've completed Nukitashi 1, and enjoyed this one immensely, far more than Nukitashi.
Summary: The MC is someone who views exhibitionism as self-expression, and talks to his penis, his best friend, when he is lonely or wants guidance. He's sentenced to ten years in a prison where human rights are essentially suspended and everything is rigidly controlled. There he goes through abuse, humiliating levels of control, all the while seeking to survive the harshness of the prison, stay himself and continue to seek freedom. The protagonist is extremely resilient and determined, and meets the three heroines through various circumstances. In the common route they start making a game, and this becomes a core element of the plot - he himself being a sexual deviant able only to get hard when completely naked, the story of the game he's making also becomes adult-oriented with sex scenes and sexual deviants as the main characters. This leads to the prison warden confiscating all his data, which is the point at which you can choose which heroine character route to take, as the MC is determined to finish his game - it's his way of expressing himself, of proving that he exists. In each of the character routes you deal with the reason why said heroine is in the prison and help them, with certain prison guard captains becoming antagonists/supporters and such depending on the route.
Overall, I'd place Hentai Prison at a solid 9.5/10, one of the best visual novels I have ever read. It's a superior product to Nukitashi, which has problems with pacing/sticking in sexual content in bizarre places. It also earned the title of best 2022 Visual Novel, very deservedly in my opinion, and is one of the only visual novels to have earned an esg score of above 9/10, considered one of the best visual novels of the decade. However note that this is reviewing it on the basis of its character building/story and themes, and not really as an eroge. It's a kinetic novel - the only choice you get is choosing the route, which is directly identified and shown to you as the "Taeka Route", "Noah Route" and "Chisato Route", and by completing all three you unlock the Grand Route. Voice acting for a lot of the characters is stellar, and apparently there were some big names involved too. Choose a route, then just spend the rest reading and listening.
check out the vndb entry, but real quick, Hentai Prison, despite its name, is NOT a Nukige or focused on sex. Much like Nukitashi, the plot/premise itself might seem pornographic/loaded with sex, but this mostly serves to establish story and character themes and give colour to the background of the story than any kind of indication of H-content. In fact, despite the fact that it has a significant amount of adult content, it is not primarily oriented at people who seek out porn in their visual novels. You need to compare this to non-H VNs instead, to have a better grasp of its focus - it does have sex, but it's like maybe 5% of the thing, and sometimes feels like they placed it there just to make up numbers (they even make jokes that VN players expect sex scenes so you have to include them even if they're not needed for the plot). Hentai Prison has much less sexual content than Nukitashi, which itself has surprisingly few of them despite the premise, and in general takes itself surprisingly seriously despite its adult themes and the occasional joke/suspension of disbelief due to the premise. Comedy is a somewhat important element, and so are feels.
The plot itself is by far the main focus, and on the Grand route, the best route unlocked only by completing each heroine route, the MC remains a virgin to the end (sex scenes in epilogue). The protagonist is an exhibitionist, but in the sense he just likes being naked, rather than having sex in public. Of the main three heroines, none of them are perverts (Noah is debatable) and are in the prison for other reasons, with sex within the setting being explicitly discouraged by the prison, with anything coming close being harshly punished.
Note: Hentai in Japanese does not denote the genre but rather means "pervert". Hentai Prison here just means, Prison of sexual deviants, so to speak.
But... weird fetishes are mostly used for comedic or plot purposes, and sex scenes are very vanilla, with rather frequent elements of comedy/drama/character building. The porn here is NOT at all the focus. In fact a majority of the sex scenes are in the epilogues, which serves to show that QRUPPO actually took this plot pretty seriously. All the main characters are to a certain extent developed, and nobody is treated as a straight villain - in different routes, different characters can be enemies or allies, and I found all of them pretty charming and likeable. In Taeka's route you ally with guard captain Yugao to defeat other guard/Chaplain Julia, in Chisato's route Julia is your ally against Yugao, and in Noah's route you take down both.
It's a coming-of-age story of redemption, of a quest for self-discovery, freedom and friendship against censorship control and abuse. Sexuality/Perversion here serves as an excuse here for the abuse and control exerted by the guards/prison. Lots of references to Shawshank Redemption, of a kid slowly learning and developing himself into a fuller human being.
Note: There are references to Nukitashi, but it's enough to just know about what Seiran Island is - there are a couple of references that are nice, but these mostly only show up in the Grand Route, and don't really impair comprehension. You just need to know it's an island where perversion is completely accepted, and people have sex in schools, streets, everywhere in public - heck, sex is practically mandatory, and people are proud of being perverts. You don't need to play Nukitashi to understand this game.
Note: Because the characters are the same, there will be overlap in some stuff/discoveries. If you want to minimize the spoilers/learn everything step by step,
the recommended order of routes is Chisato>Taeka>Noah>Grand Route, as some mysteries are hinted at in the Chisato Route that are revealed in the Taeka Route, and the Noah route is the longest of the character routes/has both guard captains defeated and should be done last.
In terms of personal enjoyment, I liked Taeka as a character the most, but the Noah route is the most developed.
The Grand Route is the best and longest of all, though it's a bit faster-paced/skips over some stuff since it's the culmination of everything else and you're expected to already know what's going on and the characters.
