I really hope that in the future we have possibility to have more classrooms, mainly for biology/anatomy and physics/chemistry it is a pain, you can never have more than 10 classes if you want all classes to have the same subjects. Given the fact that the game is much slower than the last time I've played (I don't recall the states to take this long to go up) you end up having a near full academy with stats going up slowly.

And yes, I know there's Lexville and also the debug to cheat, but gameplay on Lexville is still different and I try to avoid cheats if possible. But yes, it would be nice that the option to have class extensions or even the teachers of that mod would be nice.

Also if you're on schoolyard you see that the amount of classes on the picture doesn't match as well of the ones avaiable in game. Even if it is expensive give that option to spend, who knows, it can even if associated with Rebecca Fountaine's chain.

No straight option, but if you into the map -> Help & Options -> Game Options -> Pregnancy -> Multipliers & Gender, you can set PC and NPC multiplier to 0, which should probably prevent all pregnancies. Although there are apparently some drugs that can alter fertility, and depending on how that calculation is done it might increase the calculated pregnancy chance above 0.

Is there anything I need to do to trigger Cheerleading Uniform requests? I did the first one for elegant uniforms, and it has never triggered again since. I've been trying most school days for about 3 months and I can't get them to request new ones. The guides I've looked at say it should happen every 30 days but I'm not getting it.

In the pop up when you first open in (where you select Play or Load) did you get check the box next to Lexville under the Modules tab? That is the only thing I can think of assuming it is installed correctly.

Nope. Though I do have the options for the orgies and the group sex. It seems I just can't configure the settings

If Lexville is enabled, you should get the Lexville options at game start, and also see them when you go into the Map screen:

I'd guess that there's barely any events where NPCs get it on with each other, so almost any calculation about this is done at midnight.
I've seen a lot more student pregnancies not involving the principal when I deliberately tried to trigger the events where they get it on with each other, e.g. by visiting practical sex ed classes, bondage classes and the bondage club.

There's a mod where NPCs are triggered to enter into relationships with each other and have sex, which, of course, leads to pregnancy. If you also condemn contraception on the office computer and use few or no condoms or birth control pills, after a few weeks there will be a few people walking around with big bellies

Depends how you define NTR, I think.
I don't think there are any dedicated NTR events, but your students may get it on with each other in random events - not that surprising, since you can have practical sex ed and bondage classes, and they need to practice with somebody.
