By downloading the latest release and unpacking it? I don't understand the part you are having trouble with.
Afterwards you can try to use the Debug Menu with and use it to reload events and game objects in your save file that were changed in the patch.

i tried it... it says it needs dot net so i installed latest one 9.0 but still says i need to download n install

Make them slutty/horny enough (Lust, Inhibition & Arousal. Friendship also helps iirc) and they'll do smaller things like stripping even if they don't swing that way, and the more they do things the more they'll come to like that gender.

To confirm doing this will allow me to smash right or will it have me stuck at doing everything but? I say this because when I tried recently I maxed out a character's lust, arousal, friendship, and relationship, stats and they still refused but would do everything but sleep with my character. Unlike others I came across she was of the few that had zero interest in Futa or women.

It's a pain but is doable. Best method I found was inviting them back to your house and do tons of actions that DON'T let them climax. After doing a lot of those actions their lust will be have built up a lot that you should have a good chance triggering sex, the reason that I bring them back to the house is for using the shower as well to recover a little bit of energy while keep grunge down. Sometimes they won't let you have sex normally but if you ask through the shower action they'll allow it, same case for trying anal first before sex, I've had a number of cases where I could trigger anal after a massive build up while they refused normal sex.

That's because the amount of content that has been added in the last 5 years amounts to about 2 months of content back when HHS+ was new.

The vast majority of what's being done is just backend stuff with a handful of people trying to add stuff.

Added it to Lutris and it would not start with regular Wine, but if I use GE-Proton9-20 it seems to work. The mouse over tooltips are all black though.
Edit: Disabling DXVK seems to fix the described issue, but there's a lot of flickering when you change values in the frontend.
Edit: Audio does not seem to work.
Edit: Changing the Sound Device in the settings to WinMM makes the audio work.

Lutris does not have the heavy Gnome dependencies and is, imo, much less confusing to use. I'm using 1.11.1.1.

Well did not work in Bottles using GE-Proton9-20 for both 1.9.5 or 1.11.1.1. I'll look into Lutris though 1.9.5 does almost work in Winezgui but the game keeps crashing. Also I was not aware that Bottles was available outside of Flatpak. Thanks for the info though.

Uh, various ways. Reputation and money management are pretty much the only mechanics that can cause a game over, and money gets a lot easier after a few months in.

An important thing is to not establish the more lewd policies too soon. I think you get less of a reputation hit if the average town corruption is higher. If your weekly reputation is negative, I'd strongly recommend changing your policies around (e.g. setting the uniform to be more conservative).

I think it's also important to build the walls, because as far as I remember having lewd policies (e.g. sexy uniform) without walls can cause reputation-draining events.

Most of the reputation gains seem to come from events. E.g. winning the swim club tournament, or the end-of-month fundraisers. Although as your students' corruption increases they have a chance to go awry and penalize reputation instead.
There's also a weekly event where you can go jogging with some of your students in the areas around the park and be granted a decent amount of reputation - I usually try to catch that one on the weekend.
The missing girl event line is also a decent source of monthly(?) reputation if you choose to save the girl.

I don't remember all positive reputation sources right now - it's a good idea to try to remember repetitive events that grant or penalize reputation, so you can make the right choices.
