If the person who made the event didn't manually add the blacklist check, the event will happen regardless, so there might be a couple that slipped through. Otherwise if it's just a generic kiss image it might just a normal kiss/sex event and I don't think that pays attention to the blacklist.

As for futanari, I don't think you can enable precognition of their pants' contents, however you can change how many will spawn when you first start a game. Go to the <game folder>\Schools\NormalSchool\PopulationData\Sources folder and in AdultAny.xml and StudentAny.xml you can change the chance someone will spawn as a specific gender.
You can set futanari to 0 (I'd keep the total weights at 100 though, so add that 10 to something else), however there will still be a few characters that are hardcoded to be futa, so keep that in mind. Also fucking around with gender spread might screw some events, so definitely don't set Male or Female incredibly low either.

Go to the clothing shop and buy new PE clothes. Not sure if you can set is as default right then, or if you first need to go to your wardrobe at home.

Should trigger after a week or so & you visiting the living room (w/ the computer). Might have to trigger some encounters w/ her 1st (visiting her room, living room, bath).

Does Lexville's Carmen block titsbig's depot event? -- Started over due to above (futa & lexville mod) & noticed Carmen's locked to depot, while Titsbig's event needs 0 peeps there.

sounds like a drug lab failure event; a production facility containing mind altering substances blowing up with you at the epicenter would probably do that
it's all a hallucination and the consequences of it are some cash to repair the drug lab and some reputation when the event triggers later

I have Lexville enabled in the mod settings, but I'm not seeing an option for it at the start of the game nor am I getting it as an option to choose from 'scenario'.

Unable to get Carmen's classroom event with Oliver to trigger. Got the rumors downtown, and journal says to keep an eye on her ability to teach. Have a spy camera, and have her in classroom 1 with Oliver and other students. Constantly checking the room on mon/tues/weds, and nothing happens. Did see this when I checked the event in debug for errors.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

Edit: I think I managed to get the event to trigger, but gave an error instead of playing out.
