The Smallville scenario is not complete. You likely reached the end of the event chain. If her corruption is not about 80(which is where most chains end) then you either made a wrong choice or it bugged. You can manual set her corruption if it bugged. However it was completed. Here interaction options should have been unlocked and you can hit her with "Corruptor", which upgrades as you level up.
You can give drugs from Item / Trade Items
Select your drug and give it to her/him

hiii so question, is it possible to 'de-age' someone? im currently in the process of fucking with debug values and tried raising the year they were born(so they r then younger)and it didnt remove the wrinkled bits and thats the main thing i want to remove, i think maybe u could remove it somewhere in the paperdoll section but i have no idea where to start and dont want to fuck shit up completely:| so any tips would be nice :`)
oh also if anyone has anything to say on y trying to change the head via whatever mod that adds the 'modify person' in the mind control tab or in the 'summon person/slave' cheat thats in bedroom(i forget if thats a mod or not pretty sure it is, hell if i know which tho:])just does not work(it just picks out its own head and not mine:|)if anyone could share some mod feature or whatev that can enable that thanks

Been a while since I went through the pregnancy storyline, but I think finishing that and researching the aging serum might also grant you a de-aging serum? Not entirely sure.

found a 'age catalyst' item event in the event debugger, tried to then use the debug menu to give me a 'age catalyst' but didnt work:| so there does seem to be a item ingame but idk how to get to it other than what uv suggested

In the smallville scenario, no you can't. You could make your own scenario and play as a student though.
I have a 2 problems, one of them is all of the npcs have 1,000 willingness and the other is when I pick chat I only have the option to look at, is that normal?
Neither are normal, sounds like a bug or malformed NPC data. Why is the willingness at 1000?
The only tutorial they have is for making mods for the smallville scenario. However I feel the only major difference from making a mod for smallville and making your own scenario is the amount of work you'd need to do, with a few exceptions.
