When I try to extract the game from the zip file this error message appears. Anyone know what I have to do to fix it?

Gamecapsule Seeing "C:/Users" coupled with "cannot find the path specified" makes me wonder if OS is having a fit because of some temp file it created and then deleted itself, trying to...nevermind - just put the archive into something like "C:/Game" and unpack it to that folder. Since it is not an installation - you can move the extracted files wherever you want afterwards.
Thank you i'll give that a try. Although I am really bad with technology so does that mean I need to make a folder or something for it? Or is it something else? If so, is there a tutorial or something I could look at?

Yes. Create a new folder somewhere that is not on Desktop, put the archive there and then extract it to that folder.
Guys, hello! I double click on mugen.exe and a small cmd window appears for a moment and then nothing happens

that is what the logs file contains, nothing on the stder or stdout ones, any idea why? (OS: Win 11)
Edit: It does spawn a 32 bit M.U.G.E.N. process but nothing else

yes, you can "get keys" if you check the character files yourself. And no, if you are asking others to provide them for you, unless they are willing to do the checking for you.
Long version:
Think of it like this: there is a lock (character) and it can accept multiple codes (combos) to unlock it. Just because you know it has a limited amount of symbols (movements) used to create the code, which are 0 to 9, it does not help in the slightest since you have no idea which symbols were used and which not, how long the sequence is, or whether the symbols repeat (yes, they can repeat). Plus, every lock was programmed to be unique, so knowing the sequences for one lock is useless for another. And so on, and so forth.
That is what character combos here are: the combos are set individually for each character by their creator. Nobody can tell you what the combos are without you saying which character exactly you want to know the combos for. And then they would need to have that character as well, because they would have to go into the character files to find those sequences.

how do you menage to have only cowgirl scenes?
Anytime i start 1/2 characters on WATCH they usually just use mating press and doggy style

can someone help me how do i find the charcter combo and control list in hentai mugen cause im cluless the least i was able to do was a sex scene with te first charcter lady and a special move using the down right left key and heavy kick

Every character has a file that specifies the moves, you can also use it to change them, this file always ends with CMD or CMD.txt, you always have to open it with a txt editor like Notepad++
The minotaur's file is: Minotaur_cmd.txt
Ignore the CPUアゴズ用コマド section
see the special moves or super moves category or in his case is written in japanese 超必殺技
the commands are case sensitive, FDB are Forward Down Back, the small "b" is what's assigned to "b" NOT back.
You should use a Joypad and move using the D-pad for a more precise input.
You can rename the move names and make them easier, for example a basic one that doesn't get in the way of movement is
command = D, D ,y
(make sure there are no duplicates existing) you can replace y with "c" "a" "b" "x". So that you only need to input down,down,+button.
All these stupid repackages confuse things further, wish we had a proper workout that fixed broken characters that make the game crash and implemented as much compatibility as possible.
