I don't see why not. It sounds a little odd to me but I don't have a problem with it.
I'm not sure, she probably will remain mostly hypno free. I have a few more dates planned but no ideas for a B-route. The main ending after corrupting Victoria will have some schoolwide hypnosis content, but I don't think Emily will be involved.
That's a shame. I was thinking it would be great if we did some consensual erotic hypnosis with her. I see three basic overall forms for girls' stories, there's enslaving her to fuck her (Mary, Amy), fucking her to enslave her (Naomi, Sofia), and then we have ones like Steph or Anna, who we start with fucking then hypnotise them, but it's more just enhancing the fun rather than enslaving them or anything. It would be nice to have some of that kind of fun with Emily.
What would you do with a hypnotized Emily? (Open question for anyone, always looking for suggestions) For me hypnosis is more of a workhorse, I'm generally not as creative with it as Crypto and Slacker, and thus the player character as I write them is less creative/wily than characters like Cassandra and Gou.
Me personally? I'd start with some fun with those huge tits she has. Make them grow more and more sensitive until her nipples are like a pair of extra clits on her breasts, and just her clothes rubbing on them has her juicing her panties. Or maybe some memory play, take her to the bar and have her forget who we are while getting even hornier than usual when she drinks, and see what lengths she'll go to to seduce us while we act indifferent. I've read so many great EMC stories over the years, it's hard to know where to start if I had that kind of skill.
Kind of a shame, the thought of a mere mortal outwitting a powerful demon who underestimates them is pretty hot. I've always had a thing for strong, powerful subs, and the thought of a demon/mage/whatever having great defences against magical attacks on their mind but no defence against mundane hypnosis is really appealing. Similar in a way to a tall, muscular amazon of a woman being ensnared by a waif of a hypnotist that she could break in half if she had a mind left to put to it.
If you still have them I'd appreciate it if you could give links to good emc stories. I only follow a few authors these days so variety could be helpful. I ended up writing Emily to be pretty awkward, so she might not be very good at seducing you in a bar. It'd probably be fun to see her try though. For what it's worth your posts are written well enough that I'm sure you could write a character well. Using university's style works well for beginners as the images serve as both guidance and a crutch, but I'm biased as I'm still hoping more people will come in to write mods.

Thank you for the feedback, and glad you enjoyed! Some characters will have a pretty wide gap in terms of content. Justine's main focus of fun potions is mostly unrelated to the PTSA, which is the current priority, and Nikki hasn't been on the character roster for nearly as long as Steph.
