just wanted to say 4 years later, dont know how to fix this but I know that rocket league is a cooked game because sometimes while loading in on pc it says cooked content

In UE4 project files are uncooked, when those files are exported to run as a game they are cooked "your application is built to load cooked content, no cooked content was found" from what I've seen usually means the gpu doesn't meet the requirements
