Proof Of Life #231: Bonding
Hello, fellow cultured degenerates and the occasional story-enjoyer, how is your morning/afternoon/evening going? As always, I hope it's going well, or that it's at least going to get better.
So, more news on Haylen (and the other characters as well, while we're at it). Sadly and frustratingly, I didn't manage to get as much work done as I wanted last week because I had a lot of irl stuff to do, and that kind of took my mind out of the game, but most of it is taken care of now.
I got the first scene down, tested and everything, so that's out of the way, and working on the rest now. For story purposes, there'll be a relatively long segment without any major H event in this quest, but I can't spoil the reason for obvious reasons. Then, we'll go back to the sexy stuff.
I always felt like Leto and Haylen lacked some kind of personal bond, a few intimate events that aim at better cementing their relationship. I mean, it's not like they're complete strangers, obviously, but they didn't have as many moments just the two of them as Rose, Cyanna, and Lily had. This update aims at correcting that a little bit. That way, it'll either make the NTR hit even harder, or serve to make the happy ending more believable. I also added a bit of Cyanna on the side in an effort to incoporate more of the other characters in the side quests, even if I risk having some parts not making much sense depending on your MQ progression.
Anyway, that's it for this PoL! As always, I'll see you next Monday with more news on HC3!

I really, really hope that there would be some kind of way to opt out for a scene like this, even if it's just a little "hey, do you want to skip this specific part?" prompt — because that would pretty much *crater* my interest in whichever ending forced me to fast-forward through it the typical way of awkwardly holding Ctrl for 3-5 minutes (while still having to watch it so that I know when to stop). Whether it's the NTR or Revenge path, I would never want to go back and choose that ending again in the future even if I wind up loving the rest of it because that scene would always be sitting there like a little landmine in a narrow hallway.
Honestly, I feel like that would be much better suited for a freeroam event where the player can choose not to interact with it if they don't want to, and it isn't positioned at such a crucial juncture of the entire narrative.
Yeah, the plan if I do it would be to temporarily decide for the antagonist whether he wants to do it or not. I know watersports' not all that popular and, although I'm pretty neutral about it, and I usually opt out of it when I have the choice.
By the way, how would you feel if opting out of it meant the woman still has to hold the antagonist's junk while he's peeing or something of that nature?
Why? Does Haylen need to hold Jazon's dick and help him pee when he's blackout drunk?

It wouldn't do anything for me sexually but it would give me a good chuckle if the guy was just drunk and needed help aiming his piss

I appreciate that you have already taken that into consideration for the more squeamish sorts such as myself! And to answer your question: I still wouldn't be thrilled about it, personally. But that would at least be tolerable, and make it much easier for me to skip through it manually at my own discretion. So if that is the way it is handled, that feels like it would be a fair compromise as long as the opt out scene doesn't really dwell on it.
I don't think the whole aiming the piss thing has much of a purpose unless you're going to delve into other related fetishes. So unless you're going to play into the advanced age of the duke or the magic shop owner or perhaps play into Jazon's fetish for older women by infantilizing him I think it would be difficult to work in that particular kind of pissing. Honestly I feel like you've already passed the best place to add it in, which would have been during the scene in which the duke interrupts Leto and Rose's date. Watersports isn't something I'm interested in but if you're going to do it you can't go halfway.
In general watersports is not a sexual fetish that is easily played around with unless you specifically make use of it in an experimental fashion and then the characters decide they don't like it, as anything involving bodily waste is a very specific fetish. With that said you could also use it in one of the side stories. The bullied kid's mom seems like a good choice, same with the fishmonger's wife since she's literally working as a whore. Maybe the climax of the card game storyline could be the main girl in it losing a match and then being pissed on? Dunno.
