Hello peeps, how are you doing in this auspicious morning/afternoon/evening? You might not believe it, but I've got some more news to share about HC3.
So, hum... another week of work? Cyanna's scene is done, entirely tested, but not yet added to the reminiscence room. I've also done a pretty important story scene, and created an entirely new map for it, as you can see above. I wanted it to look nice and peaceful, so I used more more vibrant colors, especially for the grass and leaves.
After that, I've also added two really short freeroams (just an animation behind a window) for Cyanna and Lily, and I'm currently writing the extra scene for Cyanna and Ulrod (Cyanna's choosing a swimsuit, and Ulrod's helping). It's going to be a memory kind of scene, so it can happen during this update and you don't have to go back to the last update to see it. There's also an entirely new map that's been created for it.
Anyway, that's kind of where I am right now. The extra scene is a pretty complicated one, so it'll take some more time to complete it. Afterwards, there's one last Rose scene, so more story to accompany it, and that's it.
I know I said I would add freeroams once the MC's back in Luminia, but I'll probably add them next update instead, for several reasons: 1)That way, this update can come out faster, 2)Lily and Haylen each have 2-3 freeroams already. Well, not exactly freeroams, but close enough, with custom animations and all. 3)That'll be a way to get some Rose and Cyanna content into the next side-quest, since Haylen and Lily both got something during a main quest.
Anyway, I'll go rest a little now. I'm not feeling too well, and I've got a sore throat. Should be healed with some sleep though, so no worries there.
