I’m honestly surprised by all the negative comments I’ve seen on other platforms about HC — people complaining that the game has Netorare, or that the protagonist is some kind of loser who just sits there while the female characters cheat on him.
But then I look at things like Game of Thrones and all its adaptations — a story full of murder, rape, incest, underage relationships, and every kind of twisted behavior imaginable — and everyone calls it a masterpiece. No outrage, no moral issues, they even make a TV show out of it and applaud it.
In the end… pure hypocrisy. XD

its true though, i dont think i ever played ntr game where the protag actually figures things out and decides to throw the girls away unless its a "revenge ending", he will just take it as is and keep suffering.
the usual trope is, the girl/s cheat on him, even in his face where he can see/hear - and he is still oblivious.
the comparison to "GoT" is that its actually have responses that make sense to things..
either way most players that complain about it, still play it

I have spent many hours playing lots of different netorare games. I do not think this one is perfect but the quality is so far above other developers that you can't help but admire it.
I hope the dev commissions a different artist for the next game though. I love the designs but this artist cannot draw curvy/thickness for shit. Every girl is flat as pancakes and has no thick thighs/curves etc.

Truth be told, as much as I cherish the artistry and their overall aesthetic, they are regrettably devoid of form. Hayleen, intended as the embodiment of the mature feminine ideal, lacks the graceful curvature and those delicate, near-imperceptible lines that lend true depth and richness to her figure
I think that you are right. The art is a massive step up from the second game... But like you said, their character design feels very boring and lifeless in terms of their poses, their body language, their body types. Haylen should be thick and mature with wide hips. Cyanna should have a hardness/toned muscles, Lly could have abs to emphasise her petiteness.
Is what it is, just hope the dev keeps an eye on this sort of stuff for the next game which I am VERY excited for.

Which to be fair i never really found lacking in any way, but then again i don't really spend that much time looking at them either, i just check out what's different from the previous one whenever there is a new one added and them move on.
Although, now that i think about it there was 1 portrait where i noticed what the others are talking about, it was for Haylen's nightgown portrait and i remember immediately noticing how weird her hips looked, her bottom half looks like it's attending highschool and her upper half looks like it belongs to the mother of a highschooler.
I don't remember who i was messaging with in DMs but i remember saying how the artist probably assumed that since Haylen's best assets are her breasts anyways, nobody will bother looking at what's below them so they just decided no to bother adding curves to that mf.
