I think it's most likely, just as it's highly likely that the duke will end up having sex, as with Cyanna, Haylen and Lyly XDso, ulrod is gonna fuck haylen now?
I say this because he is supposedly the mastermind of everything, just like Zeno in HC2, so it is likely that he ends up fucking the partners of those who are below him to reaffirm that authority, just like Zeno did with Edwryr and Celis, Of course, what is expected is that there are ancient entities manipulating the duke from behind just like More did with Zeno XD.
Or maybe the two women who appear in Noa's dreams have no relation to the duke and I'm completely wrong, which is also possible. XD-

I just hope that when you said "breeding behind his back", you didn't mean with the chihuahuas, because that'd raise a lot of technical and moral issues.

Imagine sitting at your PC at 4am, struggling to put dogpaws on female shoulders made out of pixels because this random dude on the internet has commissioned a fucking beastiality animation in THIS high quality, but of course you can't make a decent looking dog that could match the human design for the life of you, and also you're like a week behind on the commissions as well, and so now you're stuck putting pixels together until you get a decent looking knot while the sun's coming up.
When you gotta draw a chihuahua doing that, I'm sure anyone would be forced to reconsider the life's choices that led them to this moment.
