Hmmm, you're the first one to actually get that error that I know of. Does it happen every time? And when exactly does it trigger? Right after you step on the tile in the open market? A bit further in the cutscene?
Well, the "bright" side of it is that if Hanataka had kept making games, I might have never started making mine. But I get it, I still wished he'd kept making games. I had so much hope after playing NTRPG3's demo and getting an introduction to all the main characters. That really sucks.
Really? So one way or another, we'd be missing out on a great game maker!

I wonder how far will Cyanna's story progress in this update. Maybe it's because in the second half of the demo we didn't really interact with her or even see her but to me, for some reason, it feels like that the other 3 girls are miles ahead compared to Cyanna, which is not the case at all especially since neither Lily's nor Haylen's story has begun yet and Rose only had 1 scene so far. The PoLs barely mentioning her could also help me feel that way but that is something i expected since she's a main character and it's hard to post about her without spoiling something important, especially this early in her story where we're not even sure that Brutus is her antagonist, same with Rose, the only thing we know about Rose is that she gets 1 H scene in the update but that's about it. On the bright side we get to hear about Lily almost every week, who for some ungodly reason took first place on my list next to Rose after the demo and made me pray to every god in existance that Tavros will be the one who corrupts her. Looking forward to the update next week, the sooner the better, i gotta wait a week after release anyways which is...something i'm not looking forward to.

It's because the setup for Cyanna's corruption hasn't begun yet, while Rose, Lily and Haylen have already pretty much gotten there's done, or have enough going around them to where we can probably guess.
Rose is the obvious one, she's stuck in the Duke's manor and we've already seen that the cult has plans for her. Lily is also quite obvious. She's basically in charge of inn, has an antagonistic relationship with Tavros and the inn itself seems to have more sex going on around it than the actual brothel judging from all the free-roam events around it. Haylen too, we've interacted with the character that's going to be her corruptor, and she's probably lonely after everyone has grown up and moved away from the church.
Cyanna's the odd one out because her corruption really can only start after Brutus is placed in charge of the Guard, which hasn't happened yet, and then she needs to be coerced into actually following his orders. The most we've gotten set up on her is the death of the commander at the very end of the update.

I already wrote this in another ntr thread but I think you have talent too
too be honest I think the game should focus more on the start with romantic cuddles,devolop the relationship with his gf(bcecause the MC know his girlfriend but we as a player have no connection) ,romantic dates and than a very slow corruption.
I think ntr games really need to learn from our red string with cheracter bonding and realism not every male as enemy and so on....or some other games were we go to college meet the love of our life make a bonding going on dates everything works perfect having cuddles and beautiful picnics in the sunset MC is in heaven and than the downfall a very slow corruption from a bully we need more time build a connection and slow corruption in my opinion.
I think ntr is so hot and has so much potential but sadly every ntr game I play has way too fast corruption, no relationship build up(as a player no real romantic connection to the women the emotional connection is the most important part in ntr games!!!! otherwise ntr wont hit as hart ) and a lot of unrealistic scenes
because a game like our red string writting and cheracter bonding,realism plus the corruption/ntr at the start of this game would be my perfect dream ntr game ever
I think we need a evolution of ntr games to get them on the next levelso can I ask you these questions?
1.why dont use ren py and focuse on only one love interest (college,or fantasy scenario or whatever you want as a dev)we meet her have romantic dates,cuddels build a connection and than the bully steals her slowly away
2.why ntr make often the mc very stupid or use very unrealistic scenarios
dont get me wrong you have talent and I LOVE NTR but I really want a ntr game in a our red string realistic style cheracter bonding,art and all this cool thinks with ntr and I actually think you would have talent to pull that off with writting dont know with renpy or art

You literally ask to remove whats good about the game, like only one love interest? This game is more about corruption, to see the faces of your loved ones or someone you know who is innocent but can actually has lewd sides. Example is mom, sister, childhood friend, good neighbor next door. Their innocence can all be stolen by someone else (bully you could say). Another one is why ntr is unrealistic, what is realistic then? It's porn, nothing is. It creates scenario that can fulfill it's needs. Adding romantic theme on top of it does not add realism, it's just preferences (also you don't think Leto interaction with Rose as date? ). Character development does happen however if you played the previous game, and the author do slow corruption like you said. But still you say it's too fast like wtf when do you think the sex should happen? like the ending? bruh

Poor Cyanna has been NTRd by Rose for years.
If Cyanna were to play a role in Rose's NTR I wouldn't even be mad.

I played part 2 and though it checked many boxes for me I gave up on it at some point. The very long dialogues during the sex scenes brought me out of it and probably other things that I can't put my finger on, I had the same experience with ntrpg. I did not really like the style of villain in either of those games very much. I understand that many people love both those games so I'm absolutely not claiming that they are bad games, just not for me.
I think however, that the partial POV might be the saving grace for me this time around, its in the spirit of "less is more" which I enjoy immensely. I really hope that's the case because I could see how much work and care went into chapter 2 and its a shame when you can't enjoy a game because of some small details that mess with your preferences when the groundwork is there for a really good experience. Especially when the game is as long as the games in this series are.
I'll try to hold off on it for now until its closer to completion, but we'll see how long that promise to myself lasts.

Dev is putting descriptions during the sex scenes now so that problem of the characters having to talk a lot to fill the sprite only sex scene should at least lessen with HC 3.

so after 3 games in a row, i cant help but feel that the games are formulaic, what i mean by that is that you have your mc who is happy with his loved ones, then something happens and bam the whole world starts having sex except the mc, stuff happens until a deus ex machina happens that gives the true and the happy ending. im not really sure calling it deus ex machine is fair though because the story stablishes that gods and the supernatural exist so its not like it comes out of now where, its just those endings only happen because a god or a supernatural force helps.
the hard part is that after 2 games its easy to tell when something is gonna happen and where a heorine will fall and all that, i guess the buildup is there but its predictable. at this point i think the way to solve that would be tha partial pov but also by having the heroines not act the same in all routes, make the actions the mc takes actually affect the outcome for a heroine maybe this time the mc slowly works a plan and at the climax we see his efforts paid off depending on the route we are playing, maybe in one route the heroines get fucked but they still help the mc when it counts and dont really betray him. maybe in another route they do. that element of not knowing if the heroine has fully fallen or betrayed you is something a lot of ntr lacks.
that would also help with replay value since some routes could have scenes exclusive to them, of course that is a lot more work but i think its something worth to take into account.
