You should be able to step outside at this point (right side of the corridor, towards the Manor's Pond). Were you not able to do it?

does it trigger some event ? i followed her to right side corridor to the manor pond and try exploring but did not trigger any event
if i go to main hall and entering the upper east wing again, the screen turned black , there is some serious dark sound theme voice but i can't continue the game and it seems the game got frozen and only replaying the sound track.

Okay, I've figured it out! When stepping out to the Manor's Pond, there are two tiles you can step on, one on top, one down, you should use the down one to step out (circled in picture). I made a mistake and the upper tile will transport you in the wrong place. I'll fix that later, thanks for pointing it out!
thanks a lot , no wonder i can't find it because i entered the wrong tile but i mean don't tell me among all people only i entered the wrong tile wtf lol that was funny as hell i thought i was dumb for not finding the hint/triggering event at manor pond at the last scene.
btw when update 5 released ? on 1th june or 3 th ? and is update 5 the last one ? it say in your patreon you have update 6, is it bonus scene ?

Actually, I only had one single person tell me that they encountered a bug here, but they didn't decribe the bug so I couldn't figure out what it was. There might have been other people stuck in this part as well before you that didn't report it tho^^

Links for Updates 5 & 6 have been uploaded. Those updates will be the last one for HC1.
Hope you'll be enjoying the end of the game. Since it is my first game, there might be some things that might feel lacking, but everything's a learning process and I hope to be doing better with my next game! I feel like I've already improved a lot thanks to everyone.
HC2 is currently in the works, but I can't provide a clear date as to when I'll release the demo unfortunately. Maybe within this month? I can't say, really.
This game has been an awesome journey, and I thank you all for your kind feedbacks, good or bad, I take it all! With those updates, HC1 is officially over (except for the possible bugfixes I'll be uploading later). Casio's story is considered complete, but he might be showing up here and there, I'll see what I can do and how I do it.
If you can (and only if you can), consider supporting me on Patreon. If it keeps going, I'll soon be able to do those full time and invest more to produce a better game.

Hey I can not open the game this time. RPGVX ACE RTP Ialways use this but this time not working. Has anyone run into hte same problem ?
Could you send a screenshot of the issue? I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to help but I could at least try,
Typical RPGVX ACE RTP is required to run this game error but I installed already. Thanks for the reply btw.
