Patreon doesn't need to review anything. Just make a patreon post, block it to the subscriber tier you want to sell at (here it's 15$ if I understand correctly) and put the download link in the post.

Definitely a game of the year contender from what I've seen so far...

I see mention on Patreon about a version without mosaics.

Will 100% buy if the censoring is removed as I love to see games like this out there and would like to see more from the dev in the future.

Hopefully Patreon doesn't take too much cut from the dev, if there is another way I can pay that the dev gets more money and I still get an uncensored version then I'm going that route.

AFAIK, Japan stuff is mandated by law to have censoring, not the case here but I've seen authors get some shade because of something they have no control over. They would have to work with an outside publisher for an official uncensored version, but that's a whole other issue too.

They don't reside in Japan so there are no legal troubles afaik, but both ci-en and dlsite request the game to be censored since they are based in Japan. On Patreon it is no problem.
