you need to get the Neural transmission terminal, you can get it at the training room when speaking to the butler, he sells it to you for 300 currency. The training room is located in the building in the office where you get the missions from. there is a secuirity guard blocking it to the right when entering, you can only access the training room i believe in the 4th or 5th mission, as the guy giving you the quests should give you a pass. once buying the Neural transmission device you can head to your computer in you apartment and view everything there. Completing the game will give you the option to unlock everything

She works as a waitress at the bar. Once you go to the bar and click the sign at the entrance, she will tell you can go work at night. Get an interview with Inoshita, who will secretly mess with her at the interview. After that, at night you will get the option to let the wife work at the bar each night so long as there's no scripted event that prevents the option.

That is kind of the problem though, it lasts all day, and then the next day, and then the next day. Also during the evening she is both in her apartment and in the apartment to the left

I had the exact same problem, i am going to download the patch and hopefully that will help.
Someone mentioned that by looting the room earlier on (ie the first day). Could be causing the bug.
If the patch doesnt work, than i might start from the beginning and see if not looting that room alleviates the bug

Though I do have to mention I had to load a save for the previous day, if the day already started the bug continued.
