sprites for use in dialog scenes.
red are raw gens, greens are hand-edited and done.
the most important are proportions, skin color, face brightness, hands, and hair strands.
later on outfit consistency too.
might take minimum the whole week, probably two.
these are only the ones for v1. already cut down, originally 20 expressions per outfit.
currently aiming for 10, but i may complete all 20 expressions down the line
there are 27 club outfits planned, not including special outfits for main story.
i opted to make a new sprite for each outfit-expression instead of inpainting the outfit to a base model.
with this, player will see more of her expressions, more variety even if its the same emotion.

this will be what it will look like even for actual event scenes
Thats very nice and really unique never seen anything like it in other games more reason to be hyped for this one

her name is mei, the student council secretary.
she will preside over the weekday club games, and will be the one to tell if the guesses are correct or wrong.
also a side character in the main story. (may or may not get involved in activities)
Her name is cute as well.
there is something about her that feels familiar I can't pinpoint it why

she's mei from honkai / hoyoverse, though i want hide it and see if people recognize.
hopefully she's custom enough to feel reminiscent but not recognize in one glance

Thats a nice redesign if you didn't told me i wouldn't have recognised her thats a top tier in game design you have for her but I'm curious why her ?
Don't get me wrong i like her design she really is a good match for the games fmc but still I'm curious why you did chose her ?

and IF this game is successful, mei herself will be the fmc for Her Firsts 2
we have somewhat of a bet, if we get 250 discord members, then HF2 will happen for mei
