Sorry but i don't really use mobile so i don't know what issue it might be, i just use the basic Renpy kit so i would suggest looking into generic issues mobile players have with Renpy games.

"Her game" might have some Yandere content down the road but right now the female lead is more Kuudere then Yandere. "Her game" is also meant to have a heavy focus on slavery and being a "bad guy" the entire concept from the start was for you to be a "dirty hero" somebody that people think is a good guy but is actually doing fucked up shit behind the scenes. the plans for this game are also... very long, this will probably be a project of mine for a long time so i wouldn't expect reliable updates, i may just be silent for 3 years then suddenly release a huge update.
That is an interesting premise for a game/ story. It's okay to make mistakes, especially as a new dev. Afterall, even Dekarous made many in his first game Sunny Coast College.
