Found two bugs :
- one is about talking to Chex causes our portraits to stay on screen until I interact with a poster (like one in front of her shop)
- the other is about the gift items : so I do have gifts but when I try giving it to one of my followers, I think the game expect me to give an item, as in like potion and stuff like that, basically asking me the wrong category of items (not sure how to word that)

Small chest ≠ loli first and formost. There are thousands of grown woman irl that have small chests, so maybe step outside once in awhile.

Further, not a single picture they posted as an example is loli, hell Nott is a confirmed adult with a child. So maybe use your eyes as well.
