Nope. I wish for more situations, events and/or choices that makes me feel like I'm truly risking my skin and/or my goals
as the story unfolds. That's something the game beautifully remarks but never materializes. I give you an example, let's say I pick up all the choices that gives +1 to Vi's affection too many times, which in return, could affect her future behavior forcing the game to go route A, B or C. This is valid for every other relevant character.
But it occurs me of another way too. Let's say that specific actions done at specific times may decide an outcome right there right now. For example:

Hmmmm. Gotta be honest, if the game maintains the coherence with the bases it established in the first place I wouldn't mind any kind of ending, being good, bad or bittersweet. I'm way more interested in how the story progresses and how characters interact with each other. But if I have to bet how this story will end -canonically- I would say (while thinking of the usual netorare/netori endings):
