Pretty sure that patch is out of date. Just use the original file and enable the console using Unren and type: m.name = u'YOURNAMEHERE' every time you first load your game.

As unpopular an opinion this may be, I hope we have the choice to give Erin a happy ending. Sure, he's a bit of a shit, but he's still just a kid. Ideally, we take away the hero power from him and while he's no longer strong, his dick is turns normal so he can have a successful life chasing girls.

I just started playing the game, and I'm liking it a lot so far. Maybe my only complaint would be that it's a bit forced to have so many more events than it takes to fill up the curse bar, as a couple of them feel kinda fillerish, but I really like the distinct characterizations.
Other than that, I just started a new game from scratch, and I bumped into a weird issue when, after finishing Sera's first curse bar and going back to Cecille's training, her first post-training scene shows her
, which should obviously happen further down the line. Is there any way for me to see things in the proper order?

Elena is the last main girl. There will be npc characters though like a maid of the inn and stuff like that.

Very weird bug, I replayed the game and didn't have this issue. You could try to fix it by going through the reunion scene again, it should set the variables in the correct way:
