Then you're missing something. The full Elena path for this section of the game leading up to the duel and the full Erin femdom path which I believe bypasses the duel was added in 4.9
If you're still using an old save that might be your problem. I wasn't able to get my old save for 4.7 to work with 4.9 but there was plenty of content for it. If you want to try again use the paths button on the main menu to start at the beginning of the most recent arc.

The timeskip and duel haven't been added yet so you're free to explore every path on the same save. If you want that set in particular you gotta do hypnosis training with Cecille and bang her in Erin's room at night.

That's Sera in her Yoruichi arc. Frankly the best piece of Sera nitro has ever drawn tbh.

The thing is Nitro's art has improved over time so characters look nothing like they used to. And he by his own admission doesn't always spend the most effort he could on all pieces of art due to time constraints, so sometimes they look rather different when he does bother.

...Actually. I just noticed Sera is exactly the same as Yoruichi. Hair is a bit more purplish but that's it. I guess the art being so horrible at the start kinda blocked me from making the connection.

I always wondered if it was meant to be an intentional artistic decision that for example, Cecile gets hotter and hotter. Like obviously art style improvements and story changes like her deciding to work out are one thing, but I feel like even the angles are more flattering, or for example way less emphasis on traditionally unattractive aspects like armpit hair, fat rolls, or roided-levels of muscles etc. I could just be gaslighting myself tho

All of it. I loved the earlier part when they were in the cave, as the struggle there felt impactful. It felt to me like a fight between love (Elena) and pain (Mars). Elena wanted to heal him, as well as atone for her own sins in being part of the cause for his condition, but to heal a heavily bandaged injury you need to remove the bandages and expose it, which is scary, and healing its self can be a painful process. So Mars' pain was lashing out, trying to corrupt her before that happens, because on the inside he was afraid. He was even lying to himself at times, which is a natural thing for people to do in such cases.

That struggle was fascinating, and I was on Elena's side all the way. I thought/expected/wanted that the route's story will be Elena gradually healing Mars, and Mars gradually giving up on his lashing out and corruption attempts and accepting her love. I thought/expected/wanted that route to be the healing route, the really emotional route where both sides win after overcoming their severe pains.

Instead we got elena being turned into an exhibitionist out of nowhere, torturing her own son "because it is better for him", literally going insane, and becoming known as a whore to everyone.

So yeah, I hated pretty much everything about Elena in this update. Though Ironically enough the couple lines at the end with Mars breaking down and finally accepting her were actually the only part that I liked.

I think this is going back to the dev's intention for Mars. He is incapable of helping people. Even if he wants to his actions will cause the person's life to be worse. Like everything he did to the NPCs. Mars is meant to be a tragic character who ruins everything he touches.
