Cecille is the strong independent woman trope, not because writers just want a "stronk independent woman" cuz is current year. She is a daughter of a prostitute, a abandoned stain on society. Becoming the best priestess equal near the hero, is a way to show the world she is worth something. You can kind of relate to her. But she is a hypocrite, first time a problem shows, she goes suck a strangers dick, how is that for independent "i don't need no man".
Mars is the same, he had a shitty childhood, and want just to travel the world, grill, and fuck his onahole humunculus. What he does? Nothing. He does what people told him to do. Like a pussy. Continuing this charade, not controlling his urges.
Sera is just the typical devoted knight trope you see in romance novels, the guy that doesn't get the girl, in a word the simp. The netorare protag. She talks about knowing and loving the hero. But she never showed her true feeling to him(at the star of the game). You snooze you lose.
Elena the definition of purity, and the image of conservative values of a priestess. That's why Cecille hates her so much. Discovering that her hands are not so clean after all, warping her belifes of goodness to the extreme.
Erin the pampered brat with mommy issues, idolizing women only because he didn't have a father figure. Or even a male friend. And now all of the resposability is throun on him. He does the best he knows. Only to be critisise and belitel by the women around him.
This characters are more complex than the majority TV shows from the last 5 years. I just didnt expect it from a porn game. And from a single guy, not a room of writers. And the art, fatastic, even if it's pixelated.
Nitrolith did so much at fleshing out all of the characters, with just a couple of lines between NTR/porn tropes. You can not, not get invested in them. Thanks god this a netori game, and not a netorare. I would not be able to play it.
