This game is a broken mess, anyone got a save with the latest content? I am not replaying all of act 3 multiple times AGAIN (This is like the 4th time dude wtf).

I'm happy with the console commands if no one has a save.

I was unable to test the new version until now, and I discover like you that the "throne scene save" are bugged so I've edited my save files post with newer versions. All the saves for all the path are now working properly, they just start after the throne scene at the start of the free roam.
You can find all the save files in this post.

Additionally, you can choose the "Paths" button on the main menu; it's now updated and you can start from the 0.5.0 (at the introduction of chapter 3)

If you want to, you can use my end of 0.5.6 in Cecille path save file (Female Erin) that I attached in this post, I just tested it, it's working on my end.
I was able to load this save and see new content.
Note on that save: I've missed the Queen at the farm events, but seen everything else.

I don't like it either but that was always in the plans.
It just needed some time in the story until Erin was the focus. To catch up and balance the content there were many erin related updates so.....
The double edged sword however was that all the hype and first impressions were generated with the story but also with cecilia and sera scenes. They carried the first impressions on release and with elena even to the midgame.

If erin with his gay content was there from the beginning as well than I think the whiplash wouldn't be as much.

Then again this games community is full of femboy lovers (nothing wrong with that) so this might have shifted to more gay content down the road than initially planned. I dare you to visit the discord and see for yourself xD

I hope you're right that it's just being a catch-up type of thing but yeah I remember visiting the discord ages ago and even back then when there was still no erin content people were really foaming at the mouth for it, can only imagine now.

It's been a good while since I've played this game even though I really like it, but the saves are always borked at every update (at least they used to be back then) and the constant bugs back then just make me want to wait unit it is finished, hope the game doesn't pivot into just gay/trap content.

It used to be pretty gripping. The initial parts of the game are more believable and dramatic. It just sort of flanderized and became some absurdist artpiece by the end.

I wouldn't go as far as "nothing is good", but it's certainly not worthy of the 4.6 it has now. That is a legacy rating from times when the game had a brighter future, with the dev often interacting here.

I'm more interested in the story between the childhood friend and the main character cuz he's essentially freeing her from a self harmful relationship and the pain he goes through to separate them feels almost heroic. It kept in line with his character of playing the bad guy for the good of everyone else. How much is left of this game b4 it's done? If it's falling off track, I hope it can be realigned on the rails. If played on the line of struggling between being good and evil, drowning in the dark but reaching towards the light, I think it can end on a high note

I like the the game and its writing tbh, at least its dialogue. The story is a little discombobulated right now though, its hard to tell what connects with what, and the demon hunter stuff got introduced out of nowhere. Also it kinda sucks that the women from the village pre time skip aren't around post timeskip, atleast at this point. I want to see the development over time with them too

I agree that it's not true to say nothing is good. Everything before the battle with Erin is really good but he has a point as I think most (if not all) of the characters' personalities are seemingly lost and the writing has definitely got worse in recent updates. It WAS the best in many aspect but not with what it is currently.

Yeah, act 3 is kinda jump out of nowhere. There was no single plot reason for this, some characters and stories turn out to be hanged in the air. No consequenses for choosing a route (well at least for now). A bunch of new characters that suppose to be important and powerful enough but their influence never manifistated before. And now there is a big gap (time,plot, etc) between the end of act 2 and start of act 3. It seems for me dev just rush somewhere, or he just get bored with previous set up.
