Is 0.15.1 broken because NOT A SINGLE thing new after I talked to every pretty much. NOTHING TRIGGERS!

Is this game broken? I am missing the 3 scenes for Angie and most likely why I can't progress in 1.5.1.. I have not been able to get a single damn new thing since 1.4.1.

BTW what the hell is this topless cheat because it did NOTHING that I can see.

Better yet just give us a damn save and the files with cheat codes already active so we can have a real working game.. as what I have is broken as hell and I don't want to play it again for the upteenth time because it just breaks and will not go any further.
