It's a bug in one of the files, but you have to decompile them to fix it. I did it, but it wasn't worth it.
The code for this game is godawful, by the way.

guys if you really want to play this update heres a quick fix for the crash bug(drop it to the game/locations folder)
however this update doesn't worth it at all IMO

Guys I think you just need to change the language to Russian 1 frame before the crash and then return it to engish. It worked for me at least.
