if i recall correctly, I remember they hired a new artist in their team when sunken veil was announced, there were scenes that were remade from the said artist.

Hey guys! I've been meaning to make this post I just kept forgetting My name is Num3rical the creator of Sunken Veil. Me and the other devs Rince [Lead code], Mel [CG], and Rio's [Animation] are all working hard to hopefully have our project out to you all next month sometime! I will leave some animations and CG and other concepts we've made so far for you guys. Other then that I want to say thank you to the F95 community I really am excited to share the game with you all, I have been a member for almost half a decade, but after all that time finally wanna give back ;_; I really wanna make a game that excites everyone, one that raises the bar of quality for nsfw gaming, but most importantly one you can all enjoy. For years I have been here as a pirate, and I still even as a game dev very much advocate that culture shouldn't be only for those who can only afford it. honestly I'm not even entirely against " le stolen assets " it's just if they wanna make a salvor mod essentially I'd like it a little different . the art is good but new level layouts and different scenes would be great.

They are remaking everything, squishing 17 levels into 12 (im pretty sure) and changing the name from Sunken veil to something else. For now its just called Project Hadal. Seems like they plan to properly separate themselves from Salvor Deep (obviously still their inspiration but now more as its own game and less a remake or re-imaging of Salvor deep). Also, they got a new patron set-up.
