can someone explain to me how does armor works and how does it interact with guard/resistance? it always felt like I lose 1 armor in a clash whenever I guard + resist with multiple enemies

Why tf this shi is that hard to play through? Why do gamedevs of games like this, where you, apparently, supposed to relax and take the stress off, instead gain more fyking stress???
Iswtg, mc of this game can die to a fyking mosquito bite, like I'm playn some souls game type shit or little funny tiny-bunny "destressing" game?????
Shit is depressing.... Am I only one who feel like that?
