What the hell is wrong with the navigation?

• Doesn't seem to be a full screen option or key press to do it
• I can't find a way to back out of the gallery or todo list
• When going to the navigation window of the college, sometimes the left and right arrows kick me out of there and send me back to my house

Yeah there is no obvious way out of these menus. If I remember correctly you will leave the gallery when you reached the end of the list. Keep hitting the arrow until the end.

I think with the todo list you need to click on the page but there is no specific place.
