Sacrifice was added in 1.0.2 version. Most download links in post are still 1.0.1 version, check your game version.
it should be 1.0.2 the outpost that i attacked changed and that was also new in this version or not?
I think you need to get the first Katherine and upgrade the Mission board at least once. So in the side menu, the hammer option (4th from above) and then the board upgrade. If you have that and then you still can't sacrifice, something is bugged with your game.
Hey btw what does that shield function you can toggle on units do? I noticed it some time ago but didnt think much of it
It makes sure that those units stay where they are so they are not automatically selected for battles..
Yeah I thought that to but no I still can't sacrifice my units maybe I need to start a new one and when it's still not there I downloaded it again

You know, it's starting to be hard to find good suggestions to add. A lot of current complaints seems like things that are planned to be fixed in the future, but the features that do so aren't in the game yet. Like; the mine and farm 10% attrition rate is too high, and considering villagers are the only source of non-valuable slaves you can send in. Which makes fully utilizing even a lv.4 farm impractical. But that's going to be fixed with the alchemy and forge upgrades. Slave production and colonization is another issue, since getting the x+ slaves you need for a given colonization option is... difficult. But that whole system is going to get changed, plus the addition of new countries adding new possible sources for slaves. Need more knights? Surely another country is capable of producing them, so just invade that country.
As such, here's probably my last observation/suggestion before the game gets updated; you can reasonably expect to beat mondstad's 3 initial stages by around week 40, since you just need a couple defensive Mitachurls to do so. But conquering the final stage effectively requires a strong alpha-strike (when not on easy), I.E. Lawachurls. And for those? You can potentially see them sometime around week 80, but I'm going to say that 90-100 is a bit of a more reasonable estimate. And while that's not really a problem... it does mean that you'll need to slog through 50-60 tedious battles until you are actually in a position to take the city. And fighting the same enemies, with the same units, get's really tedious.
So, here's a suggestion; once a city becomes "locked off", reduce the spawning of new revenge armies to every other week. This would reduce the number of battles the player would need to play through, while also giving the threat meter more time to build up. So you'd see more powerful teams attacking overall, instead of dealing with mostly knights and elite adventurers. It'd make the defense less tedius, while also potentially reducing the amount of actions needed to replace attrition. Which could help prevent the player from feeling "bogged down" while they wait on their breeding program to actually produce the units they need to finally finish conquering the country.
Alternatively; it might be worth looking into how series like Total War do their auto resolve battles. Currently auto resolve is just a pure numbers game. Power vs. Power. But that results in both sides taking more losses than could reasonably be expected. It's why I don't use it when defending chockpoints - I've typically got a good enough defense that I'd expect to take minimal losses, while the auto-resolve is likely going to lose me one or more units. An improved auto resolve would help to reduce the tedium of fighting the same battles multiple times.

How often does Alice attack? I've been waiting for twenty turns since her last (and first) attack and she still hasn't moved from golden apple archipelago...
If you want to fight her that bad, you can raise the danger meter in Liyue till Baidou shows up with a ship to attack you. You can then repair and upgrade that ship and just sail to alice and take the fight to her.

Does corrupting everyone pretty much lock you out of reliably getting higher tier units for the different elements?
I'm kind of hoping that upgrading elemental affinity at the alter would still allow the possibility of getting better unit types without matching two of the same type but my grasp of the mechanics is still pretty meh at the moment.
If my assumption is wrong... does that mean that corrupting should generally be avoided unless you want to use the person as a leader? The dark element seems good, but not good enough to miss out on most of the unit roster unless I'm missing something.

While the answer there is yes, nycto units are powerful enough that even if you had to forsake all others, you could still clear all current content with them. Lumine is also a source of non-nycto units, albeit so random that you will have trouble getting anyone specific.
A squad of nycto lawachurls with nycto archers will destroy whatever poor bastard is on the other end, no matter what you throw them at. Only Morax will give you any problems on hell difficulty, and even then the problem is more ganyu than morax himself anyway. Ziquiong is perhaps the one unit in the game who is immune to this strategy, but in her case, you can somewhat cheese her with unusual hilichurls anyway.
That said, you aren't wrong about hesitation on corrupting. Early game, you want to corrupt either Fischl or amber, but it is unwise to corrupt most girls due to early girls not having enough elemental energy to give you much more than archers. With that said, you should instantly corrupt Ping, Alice, and Xianyun the moment you get them, due to them having enough energy to reliably provide samachurls and lawachurls (though you are basically at endgame by the time you meet Xianyun anyway, at least in this version.)
Honestly, my recommendation is to corrupt Amber early on to get nyctos (Unless you mask her, she can't give you mitachurls, and you are better off saving that for Collie/Rosaria anyway due to shield mitachurls being important for holding the line reliably) after you get pyro slimes and at least one pyro hilichurl. Fischl is also a decent option for early nyctos. Do not corrupt collie at any cost, because your objective with her is to mask her as soon as possible in order to endlessly churn out dendro mitachurls.
DO NOT CORRUPT NOEL. Corrupting noel is a waste of her breeding capabilities because of geo not having a whole lot of reps that can easily be accessed, and post liyue, there aint gonna be a whole hell of a lot of them coming either, as I think the next female geo unit is Navia in Fontaine? At least by order of release. So the three we have from mondstatd and Liyue are the only units we are going to have access to for a long while unless the dev gets all 'eye of the tiger' about rushing us to Fontaine.
Every other element is going to have tons of reps, however, so corrupt as you see fit for pretty much everyone else. Pyro units are basically free to corrupt for the time being due to pyro units not being all that useful outside the early game, since they have no lawachurl. Alice's elemental reserve is too useful for nycto to waste on breeding ordinary pyro units, so just keep hu tao or something on hand if you really want pyro units that badly.
The most important thing to do however, is to make absolutely sure you breed slimes of every element before you corrupt someone who can provide them. Slimes are very important due to resistances, and unlike hilichurls who you can somewhat work around with Special NPC trainers, they can't be made without a vision of the same kind. So if you plan to corrupt someone, try to get all the way to spectre if you can, and then corrupt them. Electro slimes in particular are going to be important once we get the Inazuma release, due to the utter clusterfuck of electro units that we will be going up against (Yae, Sara, Raiden, Shinobu...).
TLDR: Corrupting is a tactical decision like any other. Be sure you are ready to sacrifice their ability to breed powerful units of that element before you consign them to the nycto black hole.
Theofrad could add gorou as miss hina? maybe miko pranked him into drinking feminization potion
or for gameplay purposes alchemy could give you those potions. then we could capture male characters that start appear after upgrade and give them fem potions, after wich they would run away and then we capture them as female
