What happens is that when you breed a girl, she immediately loses some Resistance (a fixed value that depends of the unit used to breed her).
Every day, she recovers some resistance, depending on her max resistance. It also happens during pregnancy, but it is usually not enough to bring her back to full resistance, so you need to give her 1-2 extra day of break time to let her fully recover (the higher the resistance when breeding, the better the unit she gives).
Once she falls below half her values, she becomes submissive. She has a different CG, lower elemental values (lower odds of giving you good units) et is capped at half her normal resistance. She cannot recover from it.

No, once a girl goes sub, they never go back. Keep them above the halfway point if you want them at full breeding potential.(Sans lumine, she's special like that and never breaks. More on that later.)
All girls will replenish some of their elemental energy every turn, unless they are broken. To corrupt a girl into Nycto element, you put them on the central altar and corrupt them (you have to stop making ley line logs to do this, because you should never stop producing logs so you can field nycto churls later.), which after they are corrupted will allow you to produce nycto hilichurls depending on how much accumulated nycto element you have, alongside the elemental energy of the girl in question. (Higher the element you corrupt, the more they can breed. Girls like Xianyun and Alice can basically make lawachurls right out the gate.)
Yes. But since their element is Nycto, they mostly give birth to Nycto hilichurls.
Quick Question and Suggestion: Instead of ripping the voice lines in game, how feasible is it to use AI voice trained on (probably the english) genshin voices instead? Someone is bound to have already done so?
Could we include different tiers of torture at some point? The current ones in the gallery are all over the place: From regular sex and tickling to literally getting a burn mark is a bit... strange. You could escalate this from more sexual to more painful over the tiers or something. I know they arent actually implemented yet and honestly, it is bottom priority in the grand scheme of things. But I just wanted to point that out.

I do prefer NOT English. Not offense to those who like EN dub, but I don't really like EN dub acting, I feel like they changed the characters personalities a lot and if you train an AI with that lines it will be reflected.
Also, instead of AI voice lines, I suggest mixing in some lines from other games/series with same VAs.

Agreed. With the current sensitive situation with english VA and AI training, I feel it could be a very bad idea to use the english VA.

For the statue: Admittedly, the idea of hilichurls building statues out of all the statues of the seven we raze to the ground is not only hilarious, but the extra element of blaspheme really makes it great.

In regards to the whole voice acting thing...eh. I'm neutral on the subject. Given how much money it would take to actually get enough lines even with AI, I wouldn't be surprised if its off the table for a good while. Using official acting can help bridge the gap...but it's also worthless when you consider that the vast majority of what would be needed are lines that none of the voice actors would be speaking in the slightest. As I'm pretty sure the topic of "hilichurl cocks" hasn't come up in genshin even once.
For now, I'd rather the focus be kept on getting the game systems developed and working, then perhaps the topic can come up if AI has progressed enough to be feasable to handle an entire game casts worth of lines. (The characters we have right now are already up to 28, 27 if we count that one of them will be leaving by the next update)
This isn't to say that I'd turn up my nose to it, but it is very important that we avoid Feature Creep from overtaxing what is essentially a one man operation right now. Honestly, this is the sort of thing that would be perfect for modding instead. ENers could have english, CNers could have chinese, etc.
The other half of the problem is that right now, there is a major VA strike going on that is causing all sorts of nastiness among both the playerbase and officially hired VA's. Focusing on it right now might bring unwanted attention to this project while both sides are itching for the chance for a moral victory. It would be better to wait until after the project is completed before poking the proverbial beehive, as I distinctly remember when that one Valerica mod for Skyrim was basically skewered and slowroasted the second anyone caught wind of a porn mod trying to emulate official voice acting.
Given how long it will take to get all the way to Natlan, and to say nothing of the fact that units may require additional lines on the way there, between new breeding units, situations, and features, doing it piecemeal runs a higher risk of potential shutdown than waiting until we know exactly how much would be needed, and then doing it in one swoop before anyone catches on. This project needs to remain under the radar the entire time Genshin is still under development, while they only need to find out about it once before DMCA's start filtering in.
TLDR: It's best to only piss off one group at a time when trying to do something sneaky. Let Theo cook, and then perhaps later we can worry about stuff like parsley and basil.
Sorry. I can only laugh when seeing that : I also have the memory of a game over in 3 turns after I saw her for the first time. I didn't even do a single point a damage.
My advice is the check the threat bar on the left, save before you do anything major and every 3-4 turns anyway.
Also don't overwrite your save if you start losing. For the reste, she is beatable... it just take a little more preparation.
The actual difficulty (especially early game) is one of the strong point of the game, for me.
(I don't know were the save files are, however..)

I don't know if I'm too cautious or people just like zergrushing a lot... well in this case hilirushing
Jokes aside i suggest keeping an eye over the hatemeter, if it is near the next boss and you don't feel prepared be inactive a few turns to lower the hatemeter.
Rewarding Noelle fight you need at least 2 mitachurls Preferably dendro or geo as those elements don't react with her ulty, a samachurl to lewer her healt at long range, and is not mandatory but a peculiar hilichurl (aka: h-churl ) will speed up the fight be allowing you to capture her guards. Be specially careful with her ulty as it allows her to add range to her attacks.

Actually now that I think about it. Does Alice just attack you only once after you defeat Klee or does she become a recurring assault like Lumine, coming to attack you every X turns?

I was taking it slow, but then, I decided to mount a big operation to gain 2-3 territories at once and secure them. She did not like it....
2-3 Nycto crossbows also work. Nycto is VERY strong...
I got Noelled too, such a meanie smh :c The big, special ones can win against her? How do I get them, I only have the tiny ones of different kinds
