Honestly... with how you've themed this game I'm not quire sure if you could. Her limbs are pure Abyss substance, and our tribe here is kind of fueled by Abyss substance. So if anything, the imprisonment would make her limbs more tangible.So some of her CG could be...Not sure if amputee is acceptable here...
IDK, I feel like Skirk's strong association with the Abyss and the nature of both it and teyvat as a whole on a much more basic level than anyone else requires her to be treated differently to all the others so far. I'd say wait for more lore.
I suggest hilichurls declare Skirk their queen and submit to her sexually.
How to beat Noelle? I tried to inflict Burning on Her by ramming her with those shield Dendro Churls, and then lobbing fire arrows at her. However it never triggers, is it due to her shield?
Yes. Elemental shields have their own element, and it can't be overridden, only reacted with. It is a good idea to hit her with base elements (pyro, cryo, electro and hydro) to break her shield. Geo might also work.
Will Samachurl inflict more damage to her shield with their elemental attack? Or is it comparable with regular elemental Hilichurls? I had a Samachrul before Noelle fucked my run. I was trying to get a Mitachurl with it so I didn't even deploy it
Note that any unit can be made to inflict more damage by giving them many (or strong) followers. And a samachurl can lead much more hilichurls into battle than an ordinary elemental hilichurl.
Specifically for Noelle, you want Dendro and/or Geo Samachurls. Potentially alongside Nycto archers. Geo shields are strong against most elements, but are weak to Geo and Dendro attacks. Nycto isn't exactly a weakness, but the damage is at least not reduced.
Though, realistically you can probably beat her with just a strong frontline of dendro/geo elementals and some Nycto Archer backup. Maybe throw in a Geo/Cryo samachurl to pillar the archers for more damage.

If you are using mitachurls, remember that you can use large nycto slimes as artillery. Really good at blowing through enemies.
You can speed slow tracks up too make them more happy/aktiv and viseversa. And i would consider recompose a happy track from DUR(happy) too MOLL(dark) -- I think there should be a lot AI tools to do that. Maybe an AI Tools could play the same song with diffrent Instruments too to get out the chinese Traditional Instruments.
