" *As for weapon, maybe they will be added later as exclusive buff item for heroines, because I don't think hilichurl know how to use staff of Homa. " (y)
As far as I can see, the only thing these Hilichurls could wield are penis sleeves
In Genshin Impact, hilichurls use a variety of weapons:
clubs
clubs on fire
shields
shields and clubs
throwing rocks
throwing slimes
crossbows
axes
axes covered in slime
magic staves
just raw elemental power

Overall, I'd say hilichurls can use any weapon, but weapons that reward skill, like swords and bows, are wasted on them.

I have a question: I'm currently on turn 73, I don't want to rush because the game is very enjoyable. I have level 3 cartography. There are 6 Female Kingdoms nations in total. Only 3 have been implemented into the game so far? I don't see the rest. ???
There are 7 nations in Teyvat, but only 6 are implemented in Genshin Impact. And in Hilichurls Ambition, only 2.5 of them are implemented. This is because this game is still in development.

Miss Hina !?
I don't remember such a character, but I have this strange feeling I have seen her before... ^^

I am thinking adding artifacts and here are some options:
1. They are unique and can be gained by defeating specific enemies
2. You can use the alter to create abyss versions of artifacts once you defeat specific enemies
3. It will be related to the brothel system. Since artifact are "physical manifestation of ideals and memories", it is reasonable to gather wicked lust for heroines or special NPCs and create abyss versions of artifacts.
For the artefacts, I would prefer if they are not strictly unique, unless thay are wery powerful. It could allow several character to have the same role, or make changing the artefact easier than having to reorganize everything if you want to try something different. But the downside would be the risk of have a few artefact overtking all the others.
As for between option 2 and 3... 3 is really nice flavor-wise, but since I don't know of the brothel system, I caa't say much more than that. For option 2, I like the idea of needing to defeat a specific ennemy to unlock the possibility of making the artefact. So maybe mixing option 2 and 3 could be good ?

*There is no need to gather a set of artifacts. Each team can only equip one.
Depending of the power of individual artifact, maybe equiping 2 could be nice. No set effect, but to allow something more like a build, by combining the individual effects. But it's a design choice, and that's my personnal preferance.

*As for weapon, maybe they will be added later as exclusive buff item for heroines, because I don't think hilichurl know how to use staff of Homa.
Of course they do !
It's a trown weapon, which double as a wooden stick in close range.

*Most of weapons have boring mechanics and I really don't like these kind of numerial buff. At least in this game, I don't need to create a weapon with a really long description so it works well only equiped by one character, since it is equivalent to just give her an exclusive buff.
I like it.
I could also serve to rebalance earlier heroines by upgrading their kit for late-game. Nice ! !

Miss Hina is a genderbent version of Guro created following an event in which Yae Miko tricked guro to help her advertize for Yae Publishing House. Check the Genshin Wiki for more details.

Didn't she recently start to learn? I've seen some kind of meme about it
That's the result of some ambiguity in her latest birthday mail.
Ei writes that she has been trying new things and then that she "prepared" some sweet food for you to taste, some people took the word "prepare" as proof that Ei has learned how to cook sweets.
Personally, I'm more of the opinion that Ei just uses the word "prepare" because she is a formal person and the meaning is just that she got the food from someone else and has it ready for you to taste, not that she cooked it herself.

Buffs like element attack, defend, charge efficiency, initial, etc. Most of them are similar to that in Genshin
how about range/reach or adding in a special ability related to the artifact? maybe limited or charge based abilities tied to the artifacts that can be thrown or give a temporary buff for example. though i do see this potentially driving you into a deeper corner with the balance of the game since giving units artifact abilities could potentially remove all downside to a unit(like extra turns/movement oppurtunities to archers whos limited by their mobility making them easy targets and bad for relocating against retreating enemies), though cooldowns and treating all the abilities like a second charge skill could provide limitations to them, limiting the number of artifacts you can have on field or making them take up abyss power could force them into being late game options so as to not allow the player to rush through the early game even faster-though this could also just end up adding to the easier late game/OP units issue. maybe artifacts could have drawbacks to them like specific stat debuffs so they arent just a direct upgrade and more of a sidegrade or optimisation in response to the current needs of a fight. e.g an attack debuff in exchange for higher mobility on the map, or a range increase for a massive power boost for archers, increasing the cost of skills in exchange for higher range, aoe or power.

Putting hero balance in hands of the player with items of some form maybe limited or some fashion might be easiest. Game while in development will be a pain to balance considering we're getting 1 area after another with new units coming also.

Doesn't that already overlap with the special NPC trainings, since those give stat boosts? Or is the plan to make those purely about getting access to new unit types, and have the stat boosts come from artifacts only?

Special NPC training currently only buffs basic stats like health, attack, defense, resistance, and numbers. It does not strengthen elemental attack and defense (while the ATK and RES stats provide a marginal increase to basic damage and defense with and against the elements, it's nowhere near as significant as dedicated elemental buffs from the abyssal altar, which I believe is what Theofrad is hinting towards what artifact buffs will be similar to), charge efficacy, initiative, or other potential special stats.

Would be cool if you made some stuff like this

with descriptions, bonuses, penalties and all that

just don't block them behind daily grind XD
