you need corrupted heroines or to use Nycto element from what ive read. I tried it myself with just the slimes but after 'beating' her once, she goes into another pĥase and gets a crazy stat boost that wipes almost everything so i gave up.
Lumien has the Lumino Element which is basically a Fuck You to any damage outside of Nycto Element.
So need to attack with Nycto Element to remove that buff, every attack that isn't Nycto Element "purifies" and increases the Lumino Element so you should skip turn on those units until that is removed.
That's the theory anyway, in the early game a easy source of nyctor attacks is nycto slime throws.
I still haven't figure out how to beat her once she enters the flying phase on Hell difficulty.
She basically becomes a Terminator that immediately Nukes you and continuously heals when she attacks and based on her initiative she does that constantly.
Doesn't seem to be any way to capture her before her flying phase.
Can i just stall to survive Lumines later attacks? Had a run where she just wiped the floor with me and refused to run away. I have no idea why she decided to stay and finish me off that time. What is the condition for her running and not running from a battle?

As far as I know, if you trigger her second phase (aka, kill Paimon) she won't run away and instead will stay to kill you.
How she leaves is based on her charge attack, if you stall enough with things like traps so that she doesn't get charged and you damage her enough to kill Paimon(her unit) she enters the flying phase and wipes the floor with you.
Technically there is a middle phase where Paimon is not quite dead at 0/1 units and can be healed.
In that state if she walks on traps enough to kill her you can capture her without entering the flying phase.
has anyone figured out how to decode the saves? de- and re- encoding them would be easier than using cheat engine

As for removing slaves from mine of farm, you don't. They stay here until they die from overwork.
the save_system file in the save folder should save the settings for the game... not sure how they would change anything about the black screen doh, and i'm not sure how to fix that as it looks like you unpacked it the right way.
top left is from The Chasm. You have to clear it a 2nd time after clearing it the first time, but if you are on and older save, you might not have the item, i think its Memory of Dust.
Left on the bottom row spawns if you attack the delusion factory.
Right on the bottom row spawns in any place where you take to many turns to finish a fight.
Don't know what you mean with darken 001 female and the 2nd image.
don't have a save before taking Inazuma, but got a full cleared save_system file if you just want access to the gallery.
If by power up you me restore the missing stars, then its just feeding them nectar you get from breeding the wopperflowers, and planting the seeds in the Flower Fields at your base.
If by power up you mean make them stronger, there is not a way to do that right now, doh there might be one in the future.
