Hilichurls heal their wounds between battles automatically.
But if a hilichurl is dead, it would take serious magic to get a new one out in the fields. Fortunately, the Abyss provides you with this kind of magic. You'll need to grow abyssal branches and stuff for that, though.
Weaker magic can only replenish your units, stronger magic can deploy entirely new ones.
A few escape on scenario basis. Such as when Lumine escapes the first time.
But mostly - you need to make sure that your abyssal power is greater than your captives' elemental power. You mostly do it by rampaging across the land and making sacrifices.
Alternatively, you can rape them a lot to weaken them. But that is wasteful, long-term.

It's been a while since I last played. But I think it's some combination of destroying fire-related things, capturing fire-related girls (just stay away from Klee!) and sacrificing fire-related monsters.
The escape is scripted she later comes back attacking the home base much stonger than before.

around turn 120 lumine shows up to my base and kills all units effortlessly. she has been to my base before but she had left mid battle many times. One time I got really close to killing her with all attacking units but its hard as she constantly regenerates and my units are dying automatically due to some geo shit she does. Help anybody? i cant progress the game anymore due to her.

Lumine...
First thing is: she is lumino, not geo. Lumino is an element she's the only one to have, and it is opposed to nycto. If you get it applied to you.... well... you know what happens. In addition to this, yeah. She is a HARD fight.
The important thing is that if you want to win, you'll have to be geard specifically for her.
Else, you just need to not attack her, and she will leave after her burst. (But will become stronger next time)
If you want to fight her, you'll need to break her lumine shield each turn before you can damage her. For that, you need to apply nycto 3-4 times to her.
Then, you can damage her.
You want to prevent her from bursting, because that's more or less game over if she does.Forme the most reliable way to do that it to stun-lock her.
And you want to bring A LOT of damages. Because you have yet to see the hard part of the fight.
Ideally, get a save1-2 turn before she arrives and experiment. If you see you aren't geared for her at all, have her leave and spend the next 20 turn building for the fight.
Don't neglect trainings. It's important.
Then, you can damage her.
You want to prevent her from bursting, because that's more or less game over if she does.Forme the most reliable way to do that it to stun-lock her.

Well i certainly don't want that. I need her defeated right now. I have been looking for the cheat engine that people have used to get away with this fight but cant find any. All i can find are instructions on how to use cheat engine but not the actual file, any idea where to find that?
I can damage her just fine, i have 5 nycto attacking units, one wind wizard type surrounded by dendro shield and two mitachurl units with shield. I have already ended all her HP but she flies in the next turn and her hp is healed and that's basically game over.

The shield mitatchurls are completely useless : they do no damages, and will die almost instantly. The anemo samachurl is... better than nothing, I guess. But more turn skipping is always good. Change them for units that can delay turns, like dendro samchurls and megachulrs. Also, corrupted Mona is you got her.
If she doesn't play, she doesn't damage you.
