It even says that it is gossip. It could literally be anybody but them talking about MC since she doesn't want him to dress like a bodyguard anymore is the highest probability. Charlotte isn't exactly swimming in men other than her designer.

I think that given that things are going so well in the Lucy path the only way that it is going to match the snail-like velocity of the other paths is if there is some kind of sitcom misunderstanding that injects drama into the relationship. Probably involving Emma since she is the only one who knows. The upcoming chapter is bound to be interesting.
