The Emma nudity was taken out because it was inappropriate so early on. It was a mistake.

Awesome, we arent too far into the game so that restarting would be an issue, as long as it isnt something frequent.

I like the game, a little on the slow end but i think it will be worth it.

First time I played this VN, and it's really good (without walkthrough). Of course there are some cliches because of the genre but the story, dialogues and production are all excellent. Hillside is a quality event with secrets, lies and intrigues a-gogo. Nice one, Darkblue!

There is some new content but it is spread out and mainly just fixing issues. There is no new story progression in this update.

I understand your intent, but accidents (like that scene) can happen at any time, don't need rhyme, reason nor perfect timing...
If it was Emma faking it, and trying to titilate the MC then it wouldn't make sense.

True, it can happen any time. Not trying to speak on behalf of the dev, but I suspect it's more the fall-out of the event than actually seeing her that was too soon. IIRC Emma and the MC discuss her body after the event and that's too soon. As well as all Emma's thoughts about it and what he said about it. i.e. her having a nice body and nothing to worry about, a bit too soon in their relationship for that.

Of course if someone has been burned as badly as Charlotte, to ever win her over, MC needs to be extremely careful and considerate.
Not sure to remove the nudity was necessary, but well this game is a slow burn anyway, so what's one nude less?

Anyway, I like the whole family, except Suzi, so far we have seen only glimpses of anything but her nasty and bitchy side.
What I didn't remember from my first playthrough was Lucy asking for a kiss at the end, she seemed so vulnerable and sweet, really liked that.

Not sure I agree with you this time. But, we each have our own tastes. The part with Lucy asking for the kiss was there. I won't be playing it anymore since we have to start over. Rewriting any parts was just not necessary. My opinion. This is starting to scream AFH to me when it comes to the whole removing things because 'too soon'. Granted in that game it was a scene with the mom and now, the whole mom thing is being milked.

But, I wish the dev well on this.

Great job on improving and polishing the story DB. It flows much better, IMO. I really liked the added Lucy background. Now I understand her impulsiveness. Poor girl, only way she could some attention. Now I'm going to have to do a Lucy playthrough to give her some TLC too.
Can't wait to see how Charlotte reacts the next morning. Hopefully she appreciates that I helped her upstairs and into bed as a gentleman.

Think you might be being a bit too hard on this, after all even completely playing through the new version didn't take a lot of time and if I skipped through it, I would have reached the end in a matter of a few minutes.
The rewrite does actually read better and seems more natural, so I have no problem with that. It is a better fit for the MC, you learn a bit more about Lucy, so that she doesn't just seem like a desperate slut etc.. no, gotta say I really liked it more than the original version.

I can understand your point about the nude, but the dev already said that you can still start a relationship with Emma and so all that is gone is like one nude render, that's really not that terrible.
