Hey HillsideVN is the upcoming update just new content or is there new writing and touch ups on existing content? I want to make sure I don’t miss anything.
It is just new content. The reworked content will be released at a later date.

No need to apologize. The delay is not long at all, even if all was perfect in your family, let alone with what you are going through. Many devs of some games i love are taking more and more time to release updates, finding silly excuses. I know i would have 0 will to work on a game if something like this happened to someone in my family.
So, I'm curious, is there any way to look into the event scripts? I looked into the game folder and only find rpyc files, no rpy; so no easily understandable coding like in other renpy games I've played. I usually like to go through the scripts to see what various dialog options lead to and I'm having problems seeing that with this game.

There are a lot of tools to extract rpyc files. I like UnRen-1.0 as it's menu-driven and will unpack both RPA and RPYC files.So, I'm curious, is there any way to look into the event scripts? Btw., what do MomChoice01-04, EmmaChoice01-09, etc. in walkthru mean? When I started reading it I thought that it just shows the trigger for a romantic interest in that woman, but now with so many numbers I'm not sure.

I don't know specifically but it's probably referenced in an IF statement somewhere later in the code that changes dialog or whether or not you get a certain scene.

Not to be rude or anything but is there an estimate for when that is? is it in a month from now or so? Just wanna know Cuz if it's a small period of time; I will wait for the reworked version before playing..

it will probably we a while, I would recommend playing the game in its current state (or waiting for the update that comes out in a few days), despite a few flaws its still really good

I have a small complaint about MC and Charlotte's relationship. Even though MC acts same, if he has something with Lucy which she does not know anything about it, she acts different. The path should be the same as love path but she says she will let Lucy have MC. It's like if she is not allow it, Lucy cannot have MC. Why the dev not give Lucy a win? If she is falling in love with MC with the same choices then she should fall in love anyway. Then after MC and Lucy share their relationship, she can gracefully accept it.
It's not a big deal tbh but still bugs me.
Only difference AFAIK is MC is with Lucy which Charlotte is not aware of.

Forgive me for asking, but what are plans for Emma content? Is Emma path, contrary to other females, going to be platonic-only?

Emma is a love interest
She will have a romance path
I don't know how long it will take, but it will be more than a month.
Emma is one of the four main love interests. You can have a full romantic and sexual relationship with her if you choose.

Anyone else plan to replay this when the update is out. I'm probably personally gonna play the new update and then play the game from start to finish as this is one of my favorite games it's in my top 5 after all.
