Dialogue are written to progress the story and not to make the game feel longer than what it should.

Then you've not played Summer's Gone in a long while...the game is being sold on Steam and in Germany and you can't have adult content on Steam and being sold in Germany. I suggest you look at Summer's Gone again and you will see that isn't the case.

You DO understand that MOST games here AREN'T posted on here by the Developers?
This is a pirate site. It gets leaked on here, more often than not AGAINST THEIR WISHES.
This game here, for instance, was leaked, not posted by the dev. Since its' inception.

So, no they didn't choose to "post it here".

It is true that Valve does not want to spend the costs for an age verification system according to EU standards and because Germany is the only EU country to insist on this, German customers are excluded from various games on Steam. Nevertheless, there are games with such content. Steam is only so tough in its enforcement of indie games. If GTA6 contained such scenes, you could easily buy it.
