edit: now serious, I changed Munich for this where I'm living and it is Peacefull, and safe, not even need to lock doors , or use alarm systems .

There's a clause to that. At least last I remember and my memory is faulty. In the US at least, you have to be married a minimum of 1 year before a spouse can receive life insurance payment.
