I think Emma being so sheltered that she acts like a 12 year old , while having contact with people like Jenny and her aunt is more unbelievable. I'm fine with the slow burn nature of Charlotte I actually that is passable as being believable as well since the dev did a good job selling the trauma part. Only thing that is a bit weird or a stretch when it comes to the trauma for me is her being a world class model cause if she is so afraid of men why work in that industry after being assaulted.
